Outskirts of Beijio

Trunks gulped, turning around in time to face the creature-
-a grenade in hand. She was nervous and shaky, unsure how this would exactly play out-but Beijio was an ally of the ADN, it was her duty to defend it even if she were off duty. In her other hand she held her ADN pistol tightly, and hoped that her father's teachings were right. "Valan! Just run! I'llBeFine!" she screamed back.

The shots mostly made contact with the glowing blades of my wings, the bullets dissolving in the powerful energy. I made note of the grenade, but it barely even registered in my mind. I was planning to swallow her at full speed, and it was doubtful she could arm it in time, and even if she did, most likely it would be swallowed too, and my powerful stomach could more then contain the blast. All it would do would add some extra gas to my vents.

Trunks gulped. She could see there was no way she could possibly evade this beast. So instead, she turned her attention to Valan, pushing him away from her-protecting him. She dropped the unarmed grenade, at his feet, swinging her ADN handgun at the creatures jaws plucking off three rapid fired shots at his mouth as she screamed in a battle cry that had a big emphasis on fear rather than rage.

The bullets perfectly entered my jaws to strike the back of my mouth. Many would suspect this to be a good plan of attack. Targeting the softer tissue leading to my brain, and bypassing all my runic armor. But I didn't pride myself as the perfect eating machine for nothing, and my innards were in fact the worst place to attack. The bullets were harmlessly swallowed, before I grabbed Trunks and forced her in to join them, intensely powerful throat muscles grappling her as I use my full momentum to shove her in.

Trunks screamed, feeling heat rush over her, saliva already coated her cat ears and face. Her right hand in front of her, still holding the Semi-Automatic ADN pistol. Her left pinned against her chest. She was shoved pretty deep within the throat now. She wiggled and kicked her long legs. Her tail spasm and and snaked erratically as she was becoming helpless. She cried out in disgust, much like that of a school girl when confronted with a bug. "Eeeeeeeeek!"

My throat bulged as I gave a stern yet smug expression, one final gulp swallowing Trunks all the way down into my belly. The snack on the way had served to stir up my acids, and they were waiting for her right away, the incredibly strong boiling fluids pulling all around the neko, as I turned my attention to Valen, even as my belly kicked. Though even this was subdued, as my armor kept a strong grip on my stomach, making it easier to contain more energetic prey.

Trunks, within the belly now, struggled and screamed as the acids quickly removed her clothes. She rocked back in forth in painful and heated oven that was Celestine's belly. "Leave Valan alone! There's....bound to be something better in the city!" she screamed, crying. She didn't want to sacrifice any more lives than she had-and thought crushed her of who else this guy would eat.

Normally I didn't pay much attention to my food, but I decided to be generous, and grant her at least a single response. "Don't be stupid. Like I'd settle for just one, I'm going to be eating this entire city now." My belly gave low groaning sound as it squirmed and wiggled around her, applying more of my hot burning acids. The sword I had eaten earlier was almost completely gone now, only a tiny bit of hilt suggesting to Trunks the fate of the last warrior I encountered.

Trunks let out another wail, her skin was getting red. She paniced at the sight of the samurai blade, and she pressed against walls, beating and clawing at them rappidly. She screamed, terrified and scared. She then realized. "But Valan isn't in the city-let him be!" she pleaded. "For love of all twelve War Gods, let him go!" she screamed.

He couldn't believe his eyes. What had just happened...did it happen? Is it happening? He saw the Neko he had been watching in the pub and only had yesterday the courage to talk to push him back before being swallowed whole by a blue dragon. The dragon obviously enjoyed his treat, expressing a rather smug look before he swallowed and sent the beautiful bulge in his throat down the rest of his neck where it empty it's load into his rounder belly. The dragon talked to it self, but it seemed to be in response to Trunks who was still alive inside the beast. Val noticed the grenade that rolled by his feet and to his side, and quickly pocketed it. He rose the machinegun, which felt ten times heavier now and aimed it at the creature. "Spit her out..." he said weakly, his skin a paler shade of white, and his body trembling.

I noticed her invocation of the War Gods, and lazily replied as I turned back to Valan. "Why invoke other food to try and convince me?" My stomach flexed as intensely powerful acids poured in, hot stinging vapers rising up as I floated closer to Valan. I wasn't sure if his weapon could penetrate my runic armor, but regardless he didn't seem to be in much mind to fire it properly. "If I eat you fast maybe there will be more then just bones left for you to say goodbye to inside."

A 7.62x51mm Armor Piercing bullet strikes the dragon's left cheek-recoiling his head rightways.

The bullet striking the dragon took him off guard-and Valan's flight or fight response made was running on autopilot. Quickly-Valan leapt through the windshield of the jeep-breaking the glass with the butt of the rifle in mid-leap. He slammed his foot on the gas of the still running jeep and the vehicle roared to life speeding around the small dragon and his full belly. A scared Valan clumbsy behind the wheel sped it towards the direction where the bullet had flown from. He put the pedal all the way to the floor and sped the vehicle straight through the enterance gates of Beijio.

The armor-piercing round struck my cheek, and my small head recoiled back from the force. For a single moment it raised the question of if the city had been saved by this well chosen shot. But my head lowering a moment later confirmed that this wasn't the case. However a spark came from my head, the runes which glowed across my armored frame seemed different, faster and less solid. A sniper shot wouldn't kill me, but it had definitely reduced my defenses. I wasn't letting this happen again, and as Valan escaped I turned around to face the marketplace, the flares of my wings carrying me in the direction of the bullet at fullspeed.
