Augusta Jeanette Luisa Salazar III, the Crimson Blade, the newest Heiress of Fenira and Scar'd, and once better known as Octavia Willow Lionheart- Heiress of the Lionheart estate; was staring down at the parchment on her desk without much thought. She had done the impossible, mostly. At least since the time of Henrik Van Sturm the Great, father of Gilded Tree putting the Council of Magi to its knees simply since he wanted to build his castle on a hill the Council owned. Also known as the great unifier, he did many deadly and terrible things to achieve his goal, but he also did extraordinary things. Such is the life of a tyrant in power... Augusta thought grimly, as she looked at the magic letters she received from her spies and field agents stationed around Galiavan. Of the three or so 'x' factors, two willingly agreed to 'throwing away their old lives' for the betterment of a new Fenira. Of course, her officers would want her to keep tabs on them, for a time at least... till at least when the new government is established and Fenira will no longer hold a self-serving council, but would become a democratic republic, or at least, that was her hope. Still, the old laws were still in effect, if so much as an inkling of the three survivors leaked to the public, to the resistance? It would become chaos again. I'll be forced to draw my blade again, and further stain my reputation as being a blood thirsty, holy crusading bitch... She sighed, not 'thrilled' from her PR stunts in the old Council Chambers. I do feel it was the right choice. The only choice. The slate needed to be cleaned, and if there is a single opposing member of the Council yet breathing rebellion I'll be forced to snuff it out. As it is, I have to deal with this damn void dragon business and whatever is happening to the expeditionary forces I sent to Gailden... they haven't gotten back to me either. The Classical Dictator thought as she took a sip of fine Feniran Red tea.

The beautiful woman crossed her thick legs and folded her arms under her impressive ballistics. "I swear, my spy network needs revamping! All we know is that Captain Ravillain is heading towards Ithteca? I hope the Azure blade is at least on his heels by now...!" She squawked, opening one eye to look at her newsletter from her man in Beijio. Oh yeah, that serial killer 'pretending' to be an ambassador who was instated thanks to a majority of the Council of Magi? Hmm... seems he found our missing Dashir... she's going to be a headache to handle. So young, yet... the rules still apply. By law, she's currently a Council Woman since her mother failed to comply with us in forced interrogation. It pains me, but I fear force may have to be the only way to deal with her. She frowned at this thought. In truth, she did not want any further bloodshed. As it was, being the Crimson Blade, feared by even Scardian's for her 'love' of the battlefield was enough so far to solidify her rule over the country. Still... I want to try. To try and speak with her, at least. To try and negotiate like I've had with the other two. Astolfo is one of us, but he's so carefree and his grandfather's been dead for over two years so he shouldn't put up much fuss as he's such a dandelion about things. But Leiran is another story, she escaped our execution squad! She saw her mother taken away, or at least believed she died in her own home rather than some dank cell under the castle...! Dammit, this is a clusterfuck! If I was in her shoes, I'd tell me 'to go fuck myself with my own blade and be prepared to fight for I would be returning for my birthright soon enough!' Amid other various obscenities and the like... She sighed and leaned back into the comfy chair of her office.

...Still, I'll have to try. I'll need to send word to the Empress that I am visiting. I need to tell her I have a military force in Gailden which does not mean ill will towards Beijio nor the ADN but acting against the evil swelling in the Gailden Desert as no one seems to be paying this threat with any mind- or at least treating it with as much care as the Spires which sprouted up what felt like ages ago! While I'm there, I may as well expose the old Ambassador, have him arrested and impose a temporary one from my ranks here at Gilded Tree, that way they can be treated as a hostage and in turn killed by the Beijionese if they fear I'll be a threat. It will be a sign of good faith as well to expose a corrupt link of the Council who thinks I will foolishly back him and his hideous deeds. No more. I will thank him for his news about Leiran though, before I see him taken to the executioner's block... As for Leiran herself, I will have to impose upon the Empress a meeting with her. I will strip myself of my weapons if needs be, and even wear magic cancelling cuffs if they wish to be safe. Fine. But I want to speak with Leiran face to face. I need to tell the girl her options. Throw away the hatred she will no doubt have for me and Gilded Tree, as well as her name. I'm asking her to 'die' in a sense, to appease the resistance in legitimacy to rule over the great nation of Fenira. She will be paid handsomely twice a month for the rest of her life to live out her days quietly, but not as Dashir, but as someone else. She can never return to Fenira, under the auspice of resuming the Council of Magi either. If she fails to accept this deal... I'll be forced to wage war on her till she is no longer a threat. I'm sorry Leiran... the only way to fully remove the power of the old guard is for you to reject your birthright. For a better Fenira, for a Feniran Republic... you must throw away your old life and 'die' like your mother. Either figuratively... or by the blade of Gilded Tree.

She sighed, blinking her large ruby eyes up at the ceiling... watching the diamond studded chandelier violently sway as the Palace shook! Turning to the sound of debris falling, water splashing and people screaming, Augusta looked out her window to the Feniran Sea to notice a large Eelodile/Sea Dragon break the surface and begin a rampage on the castle town!

She stood up, placing a hand on the window, her crimson eyes almost glowing in the last vestiges of daylight, as the sun loomed over the sea causing it to cast a fiery glow of yellow white flames.

"...so, there's another." August noted in a low tone, her eyes locking onto the beast's, noting the purple black glow behind its eyes. As far as she knew, only she could see this void energy. Another weak minion to test me? How cute... The dictator thought, noting it was another poor animal whose brain became corrupted from the arrival of the Void Dragon across the ocean in that ageless desert...

The woman grabbed her holsters, containing her 'partners' and then the giant Machine Gunblade, Espada from her wall mount.

She was going to greet her new guest like she had the last five... in a manner as she had with the Council of Magi.
