Goblin Town

The Goblin Socialite upon successfully establishing a foothold, handhold, stake, stock, investment and or otherwise controlling interest or near enough in every other form of gambling business big or small across the globe and in space; turned their eyes upon the last bastion of Goblin free gambling the Silver Craft Casino.





Being denied access at all attempts the Goblins took to extreme desperate measures.  In the early days of their attempts to gain access and admittance into the Casino they brought a massive cruiseliner sized ship to conduct business from, and give opportunity for business to come to them.  As time passed and the Goblins grew irritated with the refusal of the local authority to allow them access they began establishing an extended dock running the length of their ship.  Over time they began adding housing and auxiliary buildings to support the cruise ship and it’s staff on the dock.






Needless to say this did not go over well with the Silver Craft Casino’s ownership and management level staff.  It started a blockade of the dock and Goblin cuise ship.  Which eventually turned into a constant war of attrition between the Silver Craft Casino staff blocking off the Goblin’s dock from the rest of the place.  To the point where not only were Goblins point blank refused admittance but to even step foot off their dock or any other means by which they came to the casino.





In response the Goblins added to their dock more smaller ships and extended it further across and out away from the casino.  Numerous attempts to get the Goblins to withdraw and remove their ship were tried.  With the only response from the Goblins being to add more buildings to their dock, creating what looked more like a shanty town than a dock.

This was bulldozed down three times, each time springing back to greater size each time.  It would have gone to a more open hostility had it not been for the Goblins refusal to fight in such barbaric ways to gain what the were after.  





Eventually the Silver Craft Casino leadership decided to sever all connections with the Goblin Socialites…

LITERALLY.

After bulldozing the shanty town to the dock once more they cut the dock loose, blasting wherever necessary or where the Goblins had cobbled their dock too securely to the casino it was set adrift on the ocean. Without a moment's notice or warning.  As a last means of making their point that Goblins shall not pass across the lines into the casino.  

This of course failed to provoke the kind of response they had hoped for in the Goblin Socialites.  Instead of taking their adrift dock and going home, they doubled down and filed claim against the Casino for breaking their contractual agreement.  Which they did have albeit like all Goblin Contacts you have to read them with a third eye to catch almost everything in them.  The claim stated that the casino had no right to destroy Goblin Socialite property and that they knowingly and willingly endangered the lives of countless Goblins and other casino guests, and that the casino owed them for damages and repairs to the shanty town and docks.  All truth from a certain point of view considering the docks were not entirely a fixed feature of the casino and the ships and buildings upon them were equally not owned by the casino.  

They returned the dock with the Cruise Liner which had been away at the time and parked it permanently against the dock to make a secondary anchor point while building even more docks around it.  Increasing the size of the Goblin Shanty town both upward and outward alike.  But they did not stop there as the cost to reconstruct the shanty town was fairly low to begin with, but the proceeds from the casino’s reimbursements far exceeded the cost of expansion.  

Having been completely cut off from entering the casino by patrols and guards stationed on Goblin duty, they have found a new way to gain a foothold into the Casino.  By going around, or rather more accurately under into the old tri-city area through new openings beneath the waters surface.  

Goblin Town is overseen by the Goblin Broker is the highest ranking member of the Goblin Socialite outside of Mu-Irzik Arena, which they use as their homeland, though rumor has it that there is a legitimate Goblin City somewhere out there in the world hidden.





Most of the day to day business of Goblin Town is run by the Goblin Ambassador
