A hidden bunker under neath both buildings, where security and shadowlaw grunts monitor situations going on up above as well as maintain the heating, ac, electric, galinet, etc throughout the entire complex. Since 'The Fox Hole' spans both sides of the street, an entrance into the sewers and Breland Underbelly was made in secret to allow quick reaction from Shadowlaw agents and security staff to either side of the building.
