The T.I.R.S. Private Library Empty The T.I.R.S. Private Library

The only room within the T.I.R.S. wing that looks the same as it did 18 years ago-dusty and devoid of life. Most of it's entries are stored in VR Data and handwritten books. Mostly about countries, companies, and T.I.R.S. Members of the past and profiles of other T.I.R.S. members are stored here.
