Overview: Description of Asrond

"This city leaves millions why it wasn't the capital city. Like crystals with a flashlight shining behind it, the city is completely illuminated; and shrouded with mystery."- A proper description of the city 18 years ago...before it was destroyed. In the aftermath of the Final Raid, and during the final leg of the Sephiroth War, this was the place of defeat and final resting place for many hero's and villains alike.

Once a bustling city, now laid to waste and ruin due to the leaking of 'Unlimited Zero's' Mana drive, a reactor within the Tenik HQ that made the veil between both realms of the dead and the living world. Pyraflies and other shooting orbs of light fill the area during the nightly hours; a dull glow eerily similar to when the city had running electricity. Ghosts, fiends, monsters alike are said to roam the area. The Allied Defense Network (ADN), occasionally sends in a recon group to patrol the city for any signs of 'life'.
