Bounty: Yang Huang

By order of the Local Ryunoshi Island Government, the International Bounty Hunter's Guild and the Empire of Beijio an issue of warrant of 'arrest or detainment' of 'Yang Huang' for the crime of:

Multiple counts of pickpocketing/petty theft
Public Indecency in a Fountain
Refusal to pay for services

She is described as:
"Adorable, unassuming, very short for a Sarumimi. Stands 5'9 tall, black hair, large black eyes, with a short brown tail. Of a fit build, and is often carrying hunting supplies and or a huge glaive. She is considered somewhat dangerous, but approachable."

Due to her crimes the sum of 35,000 Gilex is awarded to those who bring her in to Breland City PD's Bounty Hunter Wing, deador alive, or if they can get her to pay off her 18,000 Gilex debt, and past payments and interest. Payment will be distributed only by the above organizations and or kingdoms and by the way of capture or immediate death (with valid proof of death) and delivery unto such aforementioned organizations and or kingdoms.

Payment can be in form of Platinum, Gilex Bills. Other forms of payment can be discussed upon delivery or by request prior to hunting.
