The Sea Salamanders started out primarily as a seafairing piratical group, comprised of former members of the Arcane University in Feniria. Much of their early fleet consisted of modified magical sailing vessels. These primarily unmotorized, mostly wooden vessels were magically charmed and enchanted to have just as much speed, power, durability and firepower as any other nation's far more modernized vessels at much less cost.

All ships in the fleet maintained their own heraldry and iconography, but each bore the hooded skull and crossed swords flag as their main flag of allegiance, and signaled that they belonged to the Sea Salamanders.

In time, the black arts and necromantic sorceries of the magi rose many shipwrecks from the bottom of the seas and oceans of the world, and summoned spectral apparitions of many more to add to the cause of the fleet. Crewed by risen dead, and enslaved souls torn from the Lifestream to serve in eternal bondage aboard these sephulcral ships. The Ravagers tore the seas asunder and plundered, raided, and sacked to their hearts content, adding ever growing numbers to their fleet and forces, gradually gaining more and more powerful vessels, vehicles and weapons.

These pirates are not too discerning on who they let join. Many of the crews and captains are far from human indeed. The fates of those condemned to be attacked by a Ravager ship are random and chaotic, tho most often they meet unpleasant fates. Some are known to be enslaved by the crew. Others are rarely offered to join their ranks, and if refused, they are consumed, or enslaved. But the most common fate is to be consumed by the crews who are often fond of eating mortals in various ways.

The Sea Salamanders are known close allies with Shadowlaw, and thus, one of the fleets secondary flags bears the Winged Skull of that organization. This also explains how their magic users are able to access powerful cult artifacts normally out of the reach of ordinary mortals - because of their direct access to the Horde's resources.

This unfortunate soul was Lys's high school fling who, against anyone's better judgement, decided to cheat on her. As a consequence, she used her magical abilities to entrap Cory, shrink him down, and now, he is suffering in perpetuity as Lys's possession. She sometimes leaves him trapped inside a small cage inside her cabin, but she often wears him like a necklace, just to keep him with her, or traps him in a tiny cage dangling from her uvula, directly above the entrance to her throat, forcing him to watch her ingest others, some shrunk down like him, others remaining at full size. In the cage, Cory has to endure the titanic breathing, indescribable voice, and at times, her firey breath. Incapable of speaking unless she allows him to. She does this to constantly and cruelly remind him of the cost of his callous infidelity and disregard for her when they were seeing each other. These ghostly weapons are unique in that they are intangible in the normal sense. They can be summoned and wielded by Lysendia regardless of whether or not she has been disarmed beforehand. This means that the Pirate Queen can never be truly disarmed. These summoned weapons can form the shape of any weapon the caster requires. Daggers, Swords, A bow and arrows, axes, and even complex weapons such as pistols are common summons.

This older Ship of the Line is the first ship ever acquired by Lysendia. This behemoth of a sailing ship carries 140 guns of various types and sizes, including 120 broadside cannons, 8 carronade pursuit cannons, 4 swivel guns, 4 puckle guns, 4 mortars, and 160 burning oil barrels. Other modifications include upgraded hull armor (There’s actually heavy flank armor plating designed to deflect enemy shots with near impunity, steel ram mounted on the keel, expanded powder rooms, crew quarters and lower deck cargo holds. Lysendia often uses a heavy magical mist and fog to shroud the movements of her sailing ships, enabling them to have considerable first strike capability.

It's many and varied armaments include various calibers of deck guns, turreted cannons, flak cannons, CIWS vulcans, various missile and rocket launch systems, VLRS MLRS, cruse missile launchers, depth charge dispensers, sea mine laying equipment, smoke launchers, railguns, and torpedo launchers below the sealine. History:
The High Queen of the Oceans began life as the daughter of a Beijionese national as a mother, and a Scardian warrior of the Bladebreaker clan as her father. As such, Lysendia was given education in both cultures, as well as extreme training in fighting, combat and warfare. Lys also displayed a profound proficiency in the arts of magic, and thanks to her mother’s connection to the Fire Drakes known as Salamanders in her ancestry, she had certain Fire Drake traits born into her, which mixed to the Scardian’s connection to Dragons, making her Drake traits more pronounced and visible than her mother. Her body is adorned with a set of symmetrical crimson scales in certain places. And granted her a very long, thick and powerful armored tail, coated in smooth, and beautifully shining scales of crimson and gold.

Due to her inhuman parts, she was sometimes ostracized and ridiculed by her classmates. Other times she was desired for those same traits, seen as exotic and alluring. This confused Lys at times during her younger teenage years, but she adapted quite well, never letting others' opinion of her affect her one way or the other. In fact, she started using these contrary and contrasting views to her advantage to attain what she desired, developing an intelligent, cunning and deceitful edge that she cultivated over time into a powerful weapon in her arsenal. Lys also developed a sadistic streak, and combined with her gluttony and taste for mortal flesh as she became an adult. Given her awakened traits linked to fire drakes and salamanders, Lys was able to consume human sized prey, stretching her jaws wide open like that of a Naga or indeed the Salamanders she descended from. She was also vivacious, polyamorous, and enjoyed sex considerably. She was a domineering partner, who seduced and enslaved many partners in her time (IE: She likes to bite. A lot.) That said, her first love for a classmate named Cory Danklief started benignly, mutually happy. However, Cory soon turned to cheating. This was before Lys took a taste to having multiple different partners, and was loyal to Cory, but the cutting betrayal stung Lys, and shaped her opinion going forward. It also influenced her into sadistic vengeance. To this day, the disappearance of Cory has remained a mystery.

Once her magical inclinations and inquisitive nature became evident to her parents, they sought to supplement her current training, study and education with that of the greatest magical academies on the planet - Feniria’s Arcane universities. The Royal Court and the Council of Magi were skeptical at first, however, they readily accepted Lys into their ranks once they met her. Her father believed it had something to do with her scarlet scales, and the Fenians fascination with the color red. Nevertheless, her magical education had begun, and Lys’s aptitude for the arcane increased at an astonishing rate, her natural affinities for pyromancy, and lesser affinity for hydromancy thanks to her Scardian blood showing through considerably. However, her tutors, instructors and teachers started to show great concern for her interests in the darker arts. She started practicing arts such as necromancy, curses, jinxes and hexes that could cause considerable harm, chaos, destruction and death. Her fascination with entropy, decay and bringing back life into death were forbidden arts. Occult and Demon Realm arcana also fascinated her, and drew her in.

Eventually, her nefarious nocturnal activities prompted her to finally make a move. Her charisma and charm had enthralled many of her fellow students, and with their help, Lys absconded from the university with many valuable artifacts and tomes, some of which were incredibly dangerous and contained forbidden knowledge. The most dangerous of these were the Eight Black Tomes. These books, who had no titles on their covers, and only marked by a strange sigil of a many tentacled and clawed monster. The small group of renegade magi roamed around the Fenirian countryside for several weeks, acting as bandits, seeking a way to leave Feniria entirely. However, crossing the border to Scardia was not an option, as that would put her in range of her parents' wrath, and she was not prepared to face them yet.

With that in mind, they made their way to the coast, commandeered several boats, and before long they intercepted several passing merchant sailing vessels, then using these vessels, they transferred to military sailing ships they ambushed, this acquiring a fleet of antiquated, yet magically enhanced sailing vessels, enthralled several crews of sailors, and now, Lys had a means to make a living as she desired. Free of control and restraint from both the law, and her parents expectations.

With this in mind, Lys began a campaign of terror across the world. Raiding coastal settlements, sacking ports, and capturing more and more ships, their crews, passengers and cargoes with near impunity, growing her fleet, and diversifying her groups capabilities, ships, equipment and more. Those who were too damaged to be seaworthy were instead raised as floating hulks and crewed by her risen undead, or by manipulating their spectral essences, turned into ghost ships. Intangible, and crewed by restless spirits bound by her powers. Every member of the original gang she led out of Feniria became a captain of a crew and their own ship in the fleet of a new type of pirate dubbed the Ravagers by the ADN. These original Ravagers knew themselves as the Sea Salamanders in honor of Lysendia, who became the Pirate Queen of the Oceans, and the Black Flag of a hooded skull and crossed swords became feared and despised the world over. For seven years the Ravager Fleets roamed the waters of the world, taking whatever they pleased and destroying any who challenged them. Only the small sacrificial ships were ever caught by the authorities. Lys’s naval strategies and tactics outplayed the ADN’s navy in every engagement, and her ships always escaped justice.

Eventually, Lys expanded the Sea Salamanders operations to include land based operations, including smuggling contraband, weapons, illicit drugs, extortion, racketeering, illegal gambling, and mortal trafficking. Outside of her ships, the Sea Salamanders became known on land for the use of heavy motorcycles, muscle cars and roving street gangs. However, the operations of the Sea Salamanders are decentralized, thanks to their HQ being mobile, and not bound by any one countries law, as soon as the Ravagers moved off, most governments no longer considered them to be their problem, thus preventing any concentrated effort to capture the group has been successfully organized. The ADN tries, but they cannot get a grasp of Lys’s tactics well enough to capture her and her senior captains. Plus, the relentless unkillable nature of the undead that forms over half her forces makes them a difficult target to deal with.

The notoriety of the Sea Salamanders recently increased dramatically, when the Ravager Fleets committed an incredible and daring heist upon the ADN’s primary naval shipyards, where they managed to successfully commandeer several modern warships right out of their berths - Including an experimental 3000 foot hybrid carrier battleship that has since become Lysendia’s now flagship and mobile headquarters. The Wailing Banshee’s acquisition by the Sea Salamanders has increased their threat significantly, as it not only contains an arsenal of modern weapons, but also an entire wing of armed military aircraft. These factors, combined with an undead or spectral crew means she has no issues operating the ship and all of its vastly powerful technology. This makes the Sea Salamanders a far greater threat than they ever were before. One modern vessel alone allows her to lay siege to entire coastlines of even mainland countries protected by the ADN, and even inland cities such as Ithteca are no longer beyond the reach of Lys’s naval guns.

Incidentally, while she is not closely related to the main family of the Tanegashima clan, she is well known among them as the ‘Fire Eater’. She has expressed interest in Tesshu’s flames, though in what ways, can only be guessed at by her flirty demeanor and possessive, sadistic nature.

Beneath it all, Lysendia’s personality is a massive shell covering deeply seeded wounds and traumas she suffered in her past. While her parents were loving, caring and understanding people who gave her all she could ever have really wanted and needed, Lys’s suffering at the hands of other family members was masked from her parents. Some of her extended family, some of her teachers and classmates, and other citizens of Scardia often feared, and hated her, treated her with contempt, and sometimes took their own sadistic urges out on her, before she became too strong to hurt. Instead of revealing these events to her parents and those who did care for her, she bottled up the trauma, the sadness, the rage, and hatred up inside her, until it poisoned her mind towards vengeance. Now she is claiming vengeance with interest on the world, and there is much Ravaging to be had.




Traits:
Scardian Abilities: Like any true Scardian and those born within her borders, Scardians by their very nature have the following stats, thanks to the will of the High King Scar’d upon his ascension into the War God Ranks, centuries ago. It's these abilities which disqualify many Scardians from world sporting events such as the Mu-Irzik arena, unless specified otherwise.
-Scardian Speed/Agility: All Scardians (those born in her borders), are given unsurpassed speed and agility, much like the War God himself. No matter body type or size, as long as they are still able to use their legs, after the age of thirteen Scardians will feel as though they are the very winds themselves.
-Scardian Healing/Frost & Water Discipline: All Scardians can heal shallow to moderately deep wounds with snow, frost, and water; much like Scar’d had when he was a lad. They are also immune to the cold pinch of the frozen landscapes, the tundras to the north a non-existent obstacle for the average Scardian who can take the cold, and not feel its icy bite. Heavier wounds become shallower when ice/water is applied, but will need further medical attention to effectively stop bleeding.
-Scardian Strength: All Scardian born also show an extreme strength that is unlike other races of man or beast-kin. Even beast-kin of Scardian born are given this trait, making them appear like monsters with the ability to lift more than the average human.
Magic Resistance: Lys has a certain level of Magic Resistance thanks to her Beijionese blood. Because of this, ice/water magic doesn’t heal her as effectively like a Scardian.
Beijionese Breathing: She can hold her breath very long compared to other mortals, thanks to her Beijionese Blood.
Beijionese Bone Structure: Her bones are quite strong and durable, traditional Beijionese traits given their diet and thanks to her Beijionese Blood.
Chi Sense: She can sense the 'chi' flow of individuals nearby, especially those with ill intent.
Chi Weapons: She can summon Chi infused weapons.
Tangeshima Flames: A trademark ability of those born in the Tangeshima line. They can control a divine flame that radiates from their bodies, and can be manipulated in a number of ways.
Telekinesis Aim: She can mark a target that allows her to throw her flames like projectiles, and not have to worry about aiming; the flames homing in on the aetheric bullseyes so to speak.
Draconic Strength and Stamina: Lys, being descended from the Salamander Fire Drakes, has Dragon Blood in her veins, as such her strength is enhanced even further than the average Scardian. As is her durability, stamina and toughness.
Salamander Pyrokinesis: Her Fire Drake Ancestors natural affinity was also for the flames, increasing Lysendia’s affinity for fire considerably.

- Necromancy and Summoning: The primary uses of Lys's magics consist of various necromantic abilities, including the reanimating of dead bodies, raising the dead back to life, and summoning souls back to the mortal realm and binding them to her will. She is also deftly adept at summoning demonic and angelic entities to the mortal realm and binding them as well.
- Pyromancy: Complimenting her own natural Pyrokinesis with a hefty study of Fire magic allows her to shape the flames in ways neither discipline can achieve individually.
- Destruction school of magic: Beyond her Pyromancy, Lys studied the powers of the school of Destruction in general, making her a formidable combat magi.
- Elementalist: Lys also studied the use of elemental magic, allowing her to master several forms of magic beyond Pyromancy. This skill allows Lys to manipulate things such as weather patterns, which she uses to generate the dark water mist she uses to camouflage her fleets movements.

Techniques:
Hypnotic Eyes: With a glance, Lysendia can hypnotize the minds of those who look into her eyes. The weaker the will, the easier the hypnosis, the more difficult it is to break, and the more complex and persuasive the orders can be made. Those who posess a strong willpower can prevent becoming hypnotized.
Venomous Fangs: Lysendia's fangs can contain various venoms she can change and use at will. Paralytic venoms, neurotoxins and hemotoxins, and more. Some use her powers and her magics to achieve various other desired effects and outcomes.
Stretchable Distending Jaws and Physiology: much like a snake, Lysendia can open and unhinge her jaws enough to swallow other humanoids whole. Although she does not often get to do this as being immobile with large prey renders her vulnerable, and she often prefers to  use her magics and her venoms to shrink her prey down to manageable sizes for consumption and digestion.

Body/Physical Appearance: -Shark:The appearance of this particular experimental subject is akin to that of a 45 foot long Great White Shark, however, physical adaptations of several glowing protrusions have emerged from the body, around the head and fins, designed to accumulate, store, and discharge vast quantities of bio-electrical energy. These protrusions, as well as the flesh beneath the skin are alight with a cyan colored glow that is quite bright, even in daylight, and brilliant at night.
- Human: When in human form, Skye appears to be a tall well defined but very young 18 year old woman. She has pale complexion, and cyan colored hair that hangs down to her breasts at the front.
- Reptilian: When in the Reptilian form, Skye appears as a large bipedal lizard with a long tail, curved horns, and a bright cyan blue glow between the scales. Large long toe and foot claws.
- Dragon: In this, her greatest form, Skye appears much like a European Dragon in appearance. or rather a Wyvern in that she has four limbs (2 legs and two wings) instead of six, including forelegs. She posesses thick black spired scales and long recurved v-shaped horns.




Background-
Health Background: This subject appears to be fully functional. New adaptations do not seem to hinder the creature in any way. As a human, Skye possesses meta-human physiology, and is perfectly healthy.




History:
The test subject FI-35, codenamed Skybolt was once a subject that was a survivor of the original Poseidon Project conducted by TIRS. It was released into the open ocean due to an accident at the facility.

The additional powerful strains of the specific blends of mutagens administered have allowed the giant shark to be capable of generating powerful currents of electrical energy.

EDIT: Due to a recent injections of additional bolstering mutagenics by unknown persons, the subject is capable of achieving a humanoid form via reconstruction of her matter through her teleportation ability. This has given her the ability to interact with the world in a way she never imagined before. She finds it fascinating and frightening in equal measure. Mostly for the fact that she is not used to her new body in this state, She is still learning how to walk, and talk. And while she is very intelligent, and quick to learn, she is very naive, and lacks much actual knowledge of human nature, thus she may be easily exploitable by a cunning and charismatic person. However, she is quick to realize and retaliate when she figures out she has been deceived. However, due to this, she is often underestimated, and despite it all, she retains her physical capabilities such as strength, speed, endurance and stamina, and she also retains her powerful electrokinetic skills.

Skye has even began experimenting with this skill, She created a NEW form for herself she dubbed the  "Deathclaw" form. A massive physical land powerhouse she can use to compensate for her human form's lack of overall killing power.



Traits:
Scardian Abilities: Like any true Scardian and those born within her borders, Scardians by their very nature have the following stats, thanks to the will of the High King Scar’d upon his ascension into the War God Ranks, centuries ago. It's these abilities which disqualify many Scardians from world sporting events such as the Mu-Irzik arena, unless specified otherwise.
-Scardian Speed/Agility: All Scardians (those born in her borders), are given unsurpassed speed and agility, much like the War God himself. No matter body type or size, as long as they are still able to use their legs, after the age of thirteen Scardians will feel as though they are the very winds themselves.
-Scardian Healing/Frost & Water Discipline: All Scardians can heal shallow to moderately deep wounds with snow, frost, and water; much like Scar’d had when he was a lad. They are also immune to the cold pinch of the frozen landscapes, the tundras to the north a non-existent obstacle for the average Scardian who can take the cold, and not feel its icy bite. Heavier wounds become shallower when ice/water is applied, but will need further medical attention to effectively stop bleeding.
-Scardian Strength: All Scardian born also show an extreme strength that is unlike other races of man or beast-kin. Even beast-kin of Scardian born are given this trait, making them appear like monsters with the ability to lift more than the average human.
Magic Resistance: Skye has a certain level of Magic Resistance thanks to her Beijionese blood. Because of this, ice/water magic doesn’t heal her as effectively like a Scardian.
Beijionese Breathing: She can hold her breath very long compared to other mortals, thanks to her Beijionese Blood.
Beijionese Bone Structure: Her bones are quite strong and durable, traditional Beijionese traits given their diet and thanks to her Beijionese Blood. However, mixing this trait with her Selachi Physiology, her bones are also very flexible.
Chi Sense: She can sense the 'chi' flow of individuals nearby, especially those with ill intent.
Chi Weapons: She can summon Chi infused weapons.
Selachi Physiology: Slkye, being part Shark, possesses physiology traits of Sharks, she is extremely adept ad swimming, and maneuvering through water, and is naturally very capable of underwater combat. She can also remain underwater indefinitely.

The subject's physical strength, speed, endurance, durability, and stamina are all well enhanced above the norm for what would be a shark of this incredible size, or as a human. As a Shark, she can also remain above water for extended periods of time without requiring water. (About 20 minutes before the subject begins to require oxygen via water.)

- Electrokinesis - All forms:
The subject is able to generate and control electricity and electrical currents.
Electric Drain: The Subject can absorb electricity from any object that has electricity flowing through it. This allows the Subject to regain power and to heal and reinvigorate herself even faster than normal.
Bio-Electric Leech: Once the Subject is in physical contact with any organism, she can absorb all of their neuro-electricity, revitalizing her power and physical health faster than she would normally.
Pulse Heal: The Subject can channel her electricity through any being, using it to heal their wounds in a manner similar to how it would heal the Subject whenever she used Electric Drain or Bio-Electric Leech.
Arc Restraint: Using both electromagnetism and electrokinesis, the Subject is able to restrain an individual's four limbs, rendering him/her immobile.
Static Field: The Subject can generate an electrostatic field around its body, which can shock other organisms around it.
Create Electricity: The Subject can create electrical energy from thin air or even in water.
Electric Projectile: The Subject can discharge electrical projectiles from either its mouth, or with a swipe of its tail. The mouth discharge forms a bolt of energy that is equally damaging underwater, or in the open air. The tail swipe projectile emerges as a ball of plasma that creates an electrostatic explosion on impact. As a human, she can project energy via her mouth, and her hands, or even her entire body as needed.
- Lightning Tether: Lightning Tether is an ability that allows the Subject to fire a strand of electricity at an object, moving or stationary, and pull herself toward it. The Subject is able to pull herself to a building, or object, that is either moving or stationary.
- Lightning Bolt: The Subject is able to fire a Lightning Bolt from their hands in human and Deathclaw forms, or mouth and tail as a Shark. There are several variations and upgrades of this attack, and most of them can be applied to a single bolt.
- Upgrade #1: Charger Bolt: With this upgrade, the Subject's energy is restored each time an enemy is struck with a Lightning Bolt.
- Upgrade #2: Chain Bolt: With this upgrade, the electricity from the Lightning Bolt used on one enemy can be chained to other nearby enemies, though this is only successful when the enemy's head is struck.
- Upgrade #3: Charger Bolt 2: With this upgrade, the Subject gains more energy from landing successful hits on enemies, and her health is also regained each time she strikes an enemy's head.
- Upgrade #4: Exploding Bolt: With this upgrade, an electric explosion can be triggered through the body of a defeated enemy.
- Upgrade #5: Bigger Electric Explosions: With this upgrade, it increases the radius of the explosion, allowing it to hit more people and objects.
- Upgrade #6: Boom Headshot: With this upgrade, it causes each strike that hits an enemy's head to immediately trigger an electric explosion.
There are also several types and styles of Lightning Bolt to use in conjunction with these upgrades.
- Type #1: Alpha Bolt: The Alpha Bolt is the basic bolt power. It has no specific bonuses, with a low damage, low range, high rate of fire and a good accuracy.
- Type #2: Pincer Bolt: The Pincer Bolt is a cunning bolt power. It fires a trio of bolts that arc through the air before converging onto a single target. Each individual bolt has as much power as an Alpha Bolt, and has a very low rate of fire, but it also has a weak homing ability and good accuracy.
- Type #3: Artillery Bolt: The Artillery Bolt is a bolt power designed for long range. It fires a larger bolt that is affected by gravity and travels at a slower speed. It also has a slightly lower rate of fire, but does slightly more damage and has up to three times the range of the Alpha Bolt.
- Type #4: Magnum Bolt: The Magnum Bolt is a variation of the original Lightning Bolt. It launches a condensed blast of lightning that does triple the damage and traveling speed of the Alpha Bolt, but it also has the slowest rate of fire.
- Type #5: Fast Bolt:The Fast Bolt is a variation of the original Lighting Bolt. It fires homing bolts that are weaker than the standard Alpha Bolt, but at double, the rate of fire and energy consumption. Perfect for quickly charging conductive surfaces for use with Electric Drain.
- Type #6: Scythe Bolt:  The Scythe Bolt is a variation of the original Lighting Bolt. It fires a wide spread of five interlinked bolts, with a greater range and accuracy than the Alpha Bolt, but with a lower rate of fire and level of damage. It is also capable of recharging drained objects such as lampposts or fuse boxes back to full charge in one shot, if shot at close range, making it useful for recharging the Subject's energy in a pinch.
- Type #7: Precision Bolt: The ability allows the Subject to zoom in on targets and more accurately using her enhanced perception to fire her lightning bolts. In addition to allowingher to bring electric death to her enemies with greater power as well as precision, and do so at a greater distance, time itself will seem to slow down as she utilizes this power.
- Type #8: Missile Bolt: A powerful cross between the Alpha Bolt and Alpha Rocket. It acts in much the same manner as the Alpha Rocket, but has a longer range and smaller blast radius, in addition to electrifying any conductive surface instead of just movable objects. The Subject does not take damage if she stands near a Missile Bolt when it explodes.
- Overload Burst: The Overload Burst is a lightning power the subject uses, after taking several seconds to power up, she can fire a powerful lightning bolt from her hand that chains off conductive surfaces, striking anyone near a metal object.
- Upgrade #1: Big Burst: This upgrade doubles the damage inflicted by Overload Burst.
- Upgrade #2: Bigger Burst: This upgrade does further increased damage and charging time is reduced.
- Arc-Lightning: Arc Lightning is a lightning power utilized by the Subject to fire a continuous stream of lightning from her hands, allowing it to chain off of conductive surfaces and enemies.  
- Upgrade #1: Lightning Stream: With this upgrade, the Subject is able to release a continuous stream of lightning towards anything that is aimed at until she stops or runs out of energy.
- Upgrade #2: Chain Lightning: This upgrade allows the Subject to branch out the Arc Lightning to an unlimited amount of targets, so long as they are close enough in the direction that she is aiming. It also increases the damage received by enemies that are hit by the Arc Lightning.
- Upgrade #3: Exploding Stream: This upgrade causes weaker enemies to trigger an electrical explosion upon death.
- Electro-Blast: An application of Energy Projection and Electrokinesis, Electro-Blast is the ability to generate and fire electrical energy at an opponent. The subject with this power can project electricity in the form of arcs or blasts, or even discharge electrical blasts from their entire body.
Discharge: The Subject can release a powerful electrical discharge simply by touching its target.
Electric Attacks: The Subject can infuse any and all of its physical attacks with powerful electrical energies.
Electro-Blades: The Subject can create and maintain blades of electrical energy from her hands while in human and Deathclaw forms. These blades can cut like steel, and cauterize/burn like plasma. The Subject forms blades of pure energy around each of her hands, which allow her to cause massive amounts of damage while melee attacking. This technique channels a high concentration of electricity to the Subject's hands. The amount of energy is so great that it becomes visible. Once the technique is completed, she charges forward and thrusts the Blades into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal.  
Electro-Whips: The Subject can create and maintain whips of energy from her hands while in human form. These whips can coil around targets, cut like steel, and cauterize/burn like plasma.
Lightning Storm: The Subject can summon, channel and control lightning bolts from storm clouds above One of its most powerful abilities.
Electrical Teleportation: The Subject is capable of instantaneous movement through the water in the form of point to point local teleportation where it dematerializes its body into an electrical energy current, before reforming itself back into matter at the location of it’s choice. This ability leaves behind an electrical shock wave where it once was, making this maneuver an excellent bait and switch dodging technique.
Electron Reconstruction: The Subject is able to deconstruct and reconstruct herself via manipulation of electrons. This is the basic scientific theory of how her teleportation and transformation abilities work.
Electron Matter Manipulation: The Subject is able to manipulate the electrons of atoms that comprise organic matter, generally she uses this to shrink the target down by eliminating it's mass and volume, scattering it as gas until the target has reached the desired size and weight. Once completed, this process is irreversible under normal circumstances, as restoring mass is much more complex than eliminating it from an object. Only works on organic targets. Can only be used on an unconscious or immobilized target.
Flight - Human form only: Subject is capable of levitating herself into the air, and into full self propelled flight.
Thunder Drop: Thunder Drop is an ability the Subject uses when she decides to drop from a height down onto a target, where upon impacting the target or the ground by them, she causes an electrical blast. It has been theorized that the Subject, while in mid-air, collects the natural electrons from the atom particles of normal air. The longer she stays in contact with the wind during her fall, the more electrons she gathers, and the more damage the technique will do when upon landing. The first upgrade increases the blast range. With the second upgrade, people or objects caught within the Subject's blast are electrified. The third upgrade increases the force of each blast.
Energy Absorption: While the Subject is capable of creating and generating her own electrical energy, she can also drain the electrical energy of surrounding sources, both natural and artificial. For example, she can absorb the power of lightning from storm clouds above, and she can drain power from power lines, and fuse boxes among other electrical equipment. Upgrades to this ability simply increased the speed of which the Subject could drain electrical energy from the chosen sources.
Radar Pulse: Radar Pulse's primary use lies in detecting energy sources, but it can also be used to track nearby enemies who flash bright red when used. it works as an out of water Sonar Pulse.

- Electro-Magnetokinesis - All forms:
The Subject can create, shape, and manipulate electromagnetism which accounts for almost all physical phenomena observable to the unaided human senses, including light and other electromagnetic radiation, all of chemistry, most of mechanics (excepting gravitation), and of course magnetism and electricity.
Polarity Wall: This power allows the Subject to create an electromagnetic force field to protect herself from most forms of harm. The shield is almost completely impervious to gunfire. While it's not strong enough to withstand explosives when first used, the Polarity Wall is quite effective against turrets and their mobile counterparts. The Polarity wall can also be used to block certain powers and energy attacks. Upgrades include the ability to convert blocked attacks kinetic force, and absorbing incoming energy attacks into usable recharging energies the Subject can consume, and the second increases the size of the polarity wall into a shell that surrounds her entirely should she desire it to do so.
Electromagnetic Shockwave: The Subject is able to launch a powerful shockwave at targets. The shockwave is able to deflect several objects like cars and weapons in different directions, which the Subject can use for defensive and offensive measures. Certain upgrades allow the Subject to propel individuals into the air for a prolonged time, while others give the Subject's shockwave the ability to create static discharges that bounce off of individuals and nearby conductors.
- Upgrade #1: Reverse Magnetism:This upgrade allows use of the Shockwave to cause people and objects to float in slow-motion by using magnetism as a force to push against the effect of gravity. This effect lasts until the object is either hit by the ground, water, a wall, or by one of the Subject's attacks.
- Upgrade #2: Electro Force: This upgrade allows the subject to electrify people and objects in the blast for moderate damage.
- Upgrade #3: Extreme Electro Force: This upgrade allows the subject to add more electricity to the blast, causing catastrophic electrical damage to anything it contacts, and is capable of reducing organic beings caught in it to be reduced to ashes..
There are also a few types of Shockwaves the Subject can use.
- Type #1: Alpha Blast The Alpha Blast is the basic Shockwave power. It has a decent area of affect and medium strength, and has no specific bonuses.
- Type #2: Lightning Hook: The Lightning Hook is a Shockwave power that differs from the others. It sends a long electromagnetic hook (similar to the Lightning Tether), pulling enemies and objects closer.
- Type #3: Sniper Blast: The Sniper Blast is a Shockwave with a very long range, but a very narrow area of effect. Other than its long range, it functions as an Alpha Blast.
- Type #4: Detonation Blast: The Detonation Blast functions differently from the other Shockwaves. It sends a caged orb of electromagnetic energy that sticks to enemies and objects. It is highly unstable and, if the Subject fires at it, it will explode and thus damage nearby enemies. If the Subject jumps on it, she will be sent up in the air for a higher jump. This jump doubles as an attack, as it damages surrounding enemies, making it perfect for escaping groups of swarming enemies.
- Type #5: Punch Blast: The Punch Blast is a powerful Shockwave. It functions like an Alpha Blast, but is narrower, with greater range and push. The blast is about 1/2 as wide as an Alpha Blast, and twice as powerful.
Shock Grenades: The Subject  is able to trap a collected amount of electrical energy through the use of a magnetic field. The Subject then uses this as an attack, throwing it at, or onto a nearby individual. After a set amount of time, the magnetic field collapses, allowing the collected energy to explode, similar to a modern-day grenade. Several upgrades allow the Subject to disperse numerous grenades in one throw, while others allow the Subject to restrain the individuals affected by a grenade's blast.
- Upgrade #1: Stun Grenade: Stun grenades increase the amount of time an affected target remains stunned and confused, unable to get up off the ground or orient themselves.
- Upgrade #2: Big Boomer: Allows the increase both the damage and blast radius of the Shock Grenade when it explodes.
- Upgrade #3: Restraining Grenade: This upgrade further increases the damage caused by the Shock Grenade, as well as automatically performing Arc Restraint on knocked-down enemies.
- Upgrade #4 through 6: Cluster Grenades: These upgrades grant an increasing number of smaller bomblets that scatter from the initial detonation, creating secondary explosions. The first grants 3 smaller bomblets, the second grants 5 bomblets, and the third and final upgrade grants 7 bomblets.
There are also a few types of Shock Grenades the Subject can use.
- Type #1: Alpha Grenade: The Alpha Grenade is the basic grenade. It consists of an explosive, kinetic charge, held together by Electromagnetism. It doesn't cause much damage compared to the stronger grenades, and it has no specific bonuses. It bounces off of surfaces and explodes a couple of seconds after it's thrown.
- Type #2: Electrocution Grenade: The Electrocution Grenade is an unstable grenade that electrocutes nearby targets before exploding. It has a weaker blast radius than the Alpha Grenade. The Subject can also use this grenade as a temporary source of energy for her Electric Drain before it explodes, making it easier for her to recover energy in powered down areas.
- Type #3: Double Grenade: It is a large grenade that releases a small explosion on impact, making it bounce up and explode a second time for more damage.
- Type #4: Stalker Grenade: It is a heavy grenade that travels a shorter distance than other grenades, but will hop in one place for a period of time before exploding. It will also hop towards any nearby enemies, detonating when it gets close enough to deliver damage.
Megawatt Hammer Missiles:The Megawatt Hammer Missile is a powerful ability allowing the Subject to fire rocket-like electrical blasts. Much like the Sock Grenades, it's a projectile encased in a shell of electromagnetic energy. However, unlike the Grenades, the Missiles do not travel in an arch. Instead they continue a straight, self propelled trajectory to the target.
- Upgrade #1: Power Warhead: The Subject shoots a single, powerful projectile. The Megawatt Hammer missile should be used with caution, as its blast radius can injure unintended targets.
- Upgrade #2: Magnetic Redirection: The otherwise slow projectile can now hit fast-moving enemies, or can hit enemies more accurately because the trajectory of the Megawatt Hammer Missiles can be redirected with a single Lightning Bolt. When approaching enemies, the Subject can shoot multiple Megawatt Hammer projectiles in the air, then shoot an enemy and watch the projectiles rain down, homing in on the enemy.
- Upgrade #3: Reverse Magnbetism: Enemies caught by the blast will be knocked upwards and fall slower, similar to the anti-gravity effects of Electromagnetic Shockwave when upgraded with Reverse Magnetism.
- Upgrade #4 through 6: Cluster Missiles: Like the Subject's Shock Grenades, Megawatt Hammer Missiles also splits up into multiple miniature rockets that act like sticky Grenades flying in a linear path, effectively increasing the area and damage of the explosion tremendously. A single Megawatt Hammer Missile projectile can be joined by up to six smaller rockets. The smaller rockets also appear to "fan out" as they fly farther, enabling the projectile to cover a wider area the farther it travels.
There are also a few types of Megawatt Hammer Missiles the Subject can use.
- Type #1: Alpha Missile The Alpha Missile is the basic Megawatt hammer Mssile power. It consists of a huge payload of explosive kinetic energy, and explodes on contact with anything. It has the same blast radius as the Alpha Grenade, but does slightly more damage in addition to electrifying human sized targets and conductive mobile objects such as cars or shopping carts, making them chain electricity to nearby targets. It has a long range.
- Type #2: Tripwire Missile: When sent off, the missile splits into two rockets, with a wire of electricity between them. If an enemy is caught in the wire, the Rockets will smash together and explode, causing twice the damage. It is very useful against larger groups of enemies.
- Type #3: Sticky Missile: A powerful missile that splits into three smaller rockets once it is within close proximity of an enemy. Each mini-rocket will home in on its target and stick to it until it explodes, making it useful for human-sized enemies.
Induction Grind: Induction Grind is power utilized by the Subject to travel across power lines and train tracks at great speed, which was only surpassed by hitching a ride on top of a train or using her teleportation and flight abilities. An upgrade to this ability, called Induction Yield Allowed the Subject to drain electrical energy from the power line or rail she was inducting upon.
Kinetic Pulse: Kinetic Pulse is an electrokinetic/electromagnetic ability used by the Subject to effortlessly lift a variety of objects in the environment ranging from chairs, tables, crates, and barrels to heavy objects such as cars and dumpsters, and throw them as a projectile towards enemies. Using an electromagnetic field to wrought the object into, she is able to lift the object up into the air, and is able to manipulate the direction of its launch with the help from a shockwave.

- Advanced Sonar - Shark form only: The Advanced Sonar capability allows the Subject to locate and track organisms and objects using echo-location.
- Upgrade #1: Sonic Burst: This ability triggers a powerful burst of sound when the subject uses her Sonar ability, damaging and knocking back beings and objects nearby.
- Upgrade #2: Disorienting Sonar: This ability disorients nearby organisms when the Subject uses her Sonar, causing them to inflict less damage with their attacks as their confusion makes them less precise and accurate.
- upgrade #3: Offensive Sonar: This ability allows the Subject to identify and target enemy weakpoints, thereby granting her attacks increased damage.

- Hydroacoustics - Shark Form Only: The Subject learned to use a greater range of sonar to detect prey more frequently and locate nearby objects and organisms of interest.

Electroreception - All forms: With keen Ampullae of Lorenzini, the Subject has learned to identify human equipment and usage by their electromagnetic fields. This evolution allows the Subject to learn what equipment an opponent is using when they are detected. It will only show what piece of gear the opponent currently has equipped.

- Minesweeper - All forms: With a heightened sense of smell and electromagnetic sense, the Subject gains the ability to detect weapons and explosives floating in the water. Sea mines and the like remain detected for the Subject while it is within close proximity.

- Reinforced Cartilage - Shark form only: The flexible bones of the Subject's shark form are far more resistant to damage and fatigue than those of other Sharks, or even FI-03 Neptunes.

- Headstrong - All forms: The Subject's nose is hardened for greater damage to the environment, and can disable opponents and even boats and structures for a time.

- Hearty - All forms: This ability grants increased health and damage resistance against melee attacks from enemies.

- Enrage - All forms: Releasing rage built from nearby enemy activity, the Subject proportionally gains up to 160% Health, 200% Stamina, and 166% Damage.

- Blood Rage - All forms: After killing an opponent, the Subject can become enraged, gaining rapid regeneration of stamina for a short period of time.

- Terrify - All forms: Strikes fear in opponents, causing them to hallucinate.

- Stalk - All forms: The Subject begins stalking her prey, becoming difficult to see until she attacks or takes damage. Striking from Stalking gives increased damage for a short duration.

- Nimble Finned - Shark Form Only: Strengthened muscles allow the Subject to dart/lunge more frequently, greatly increasing mobility.

- Razor Fins Shark Form Only: The Subject's fins act as razor blades, damaging everything touched by the Subject.

- Powerful Tail - All forms bar Human: A powerful musculature allows the Subject to dart/lunge while clutching prey in her jaws.

- Tail Lash - All forms except Human: The Subject damages all nearby prey and temporarily disables flashlights by snapping her tail like a whip to create a pressure expansion. This attack can break through walls and even destroy items used by human opponents such as weapons and flashlights.

- Tail Catapult - All forms except Human: this ability allows the subject to increase the damage, range force and velocity of her tail lash attacks considerably, as well as that of any launched energy projectiles from it. it also increases the damaging capabilities of any solid object flung with the tail.

- Double-time - All forms: The Subject adapts a warmer body temperature to preserve energy, this can be unleashed to move at faster speeds while sprinting, speed swimming, and high speed flying.

- Hangry - All forms: The Subject becomes so hungry she becomes angry. This anger fuels her with nearly unlimited stamina for a time.

- Ignore Pain - All forms: Toughened from combat, the Subject can shrug off damage, but loses stamina as she does so.

- Adrenal Glands - All forms: Damage taken by the Subject causes adrenaline to pump through her veins, increasing her stamina.  When the subject is badly injured, her speed and reflexes are heightened beyond normal levels.

- Brutal Muscles - All forms: This adaptation allows for greater speed, and physical strength no matter which form the Subject takes. This allows her to also perform high damaging melee attacks with her limbs, and tail (depending on form)

- Subliminal Evasion - All forms: This adaptation makes other hostile lifeforms that are in any way smaller than the Subject's Shark Form either neutral or fearful of her.

- Healing Factor - All forms: This ability allows the Subject to heal far faster than a normal being, she can regenerate lost health on her own.

- Hemogenesis - All forms: Quickly forming new blood cells, the Subject can slip away from combat to recuperate what was lost. After a time of not taking damage, the Subject will slowly regenerate health over time.

- Enhanced Durability - All forms: Enhanced Durability is a term used to describe the ability of the Subject to withstand unnaturally high levels of physical harm. It differs from invulnerability because they can still sustain damage from a sufficient source.

- Placoid Scales - All forms except Human: With hardened placoid scales, weapons such as harpoons and tagging devices no longer deeply penetrate the Subject's skin causing them to fall out quickly.

- Enhanced Strength - All forms: Enhanced Strength is a term used to describe the ability of the Subject to lift and/or press volumes of mass far in excess to that normally possible for a human being functioning in Earth gravity.

- Sharp Claws - Reptilian and Dragon form only: This form possesses multiple large, sharp hooked talons on each of her four limbs. Can also be used to deliver electrical energy through her claw slashes.

- Blindside - All forms: The Subject has learned to curve her lunges making it harder for opponents to land an attack. Sideways movement controls the direction of the curve.

- Killer Instinct - All forms: Satiated by the taste of any blood, abilities triggered by opponent kills can be triggered by any kills.

- Vitalized Frenzy - All forms: Killing an opponent revitalizes the Subject, immediately allowing all it's skills to be used again.

- Enhanced Bite - All forms:
The Subject’s teeth are powerful, and built to both hold prey, and tear into it. The subject’s bite is much stronger than that of ordinary Great Whites, and can also be enhanced via its Electrokinesis to deliver electrical energy directly to the victim, stunning them. As a human, her teeth are all sharp and triangular. Her bite force is still as strong as that of her shark form though, many thousands of times stronger than that of a human. Razor-sharp serrations in her teeth leave opponents lucky enough to break free with deep, bleeding wounds until given medical attention.

Brief History:
The son of Stark Craig, the slightly younger brother of Olaf Craig and of the well travelled, seasoned adventurers of House Craig who are a renown Scardian mixed Feniran bloodline of great warriors and mages. He is the youngest of Stark's children, with his older brother Stoltz being a member of Royal Honor Guard of Scardia (and would have been a paladin of the white tower had he been born 4 centuries earlier), and is somewhat ostracized by his father given his slow development as a warrior.
Because of this, he ran away from home when he was eight because he couldn't put up with his father's attitude. He took up training with Toefor, a dwarven blacksmith and hermit of a fellow not too long after that.

At some point in his teens he joined the crew of Lysendia Crestmane, and didn't really know what he was getting into before realizing they were pirates. He was particularly disgusted with many of their atrocities and felt worse for working alongside them. Somehow he managed to leave the band of pirates alive, but not without receiving a nasty scar above his left eye by the woman herself.

As of now, he wanders about Beijio, performing odd jobs till he receives a letter from his cousin Elliot asking for him to stop by in Ithtecca.

Scardian Abilities: Like any true Scardian and those born within her borders, Scardians by their very nature have the following stats, thanks to the will of the High King Scar’d upon his ascension into the War God Ranks, centuries ago. It's also these abilities which disqualify many Scardians from world sporting events such as the Mu-Irzik arena, unless specified otherwise.

-Scardian Speed/Agility: All Scardians (those born in her borders), are given unsurpassed speed and agility, much like the War God himself. Should she or any feline beast-kin catch a whiff of the smoke or taste the fruit of a plant called “Nagisane Weed”, they'll fall into a state of intoxication, their sense of reason will be diminished, and for a while, they'll enter a state that's even more ferocious than when they're in heat. High speed movement: Due to her Beastkin nature, along with her Domescadian natural agility, Muura is capable of high speed movement. This allows many techniques to be utilized, including the Body Flicker, and multiple high speed strikes.
Superhuman endurance and stamina: Due to the state of her mind, Muura has an incredibly high pain threshold as well as stamina and endurance many times higher than average. Although she is still as susceptible to damage as other nekomimi, her ability to continue functioning where others would be crippled is astounding.
Mild Regenerative Abilities: Muura possesses minor, latent healing abilities. With this, she is able to, over time, heal from wounds far more quickly. While not quite capable of regrowing lost limbs or regenerating catastrophic damage to vital organs, the regenerative process speeds up cellular replication enough to make Muura heal up to five times faster than average.

History:

Ludbog is a sizeable and girthy frogman who serves the Dragon Pirate Queen Lysenda of the Salamanders. A powerful but mouthy frontliner and boarding expert, he's a capable sailor whose frog abilities give him an edge over most sailors as his body in spite of its scale and girth is quite agile and well adapted to the water. He's an unusual frogman, as he's not in need to frequently bathe or submerge his warty body to keep his body from drying out. He's an associate of Shadow Law as well, which makes him of additional value to Lys.

Unbeknownst to the crew of the Salamanders and even Lys herself, this supposed associate of Shadow Law is in truth the since been missing outlaw, Ludon Redstar. The elder brother of Dezmond and former leader of the Redstar Gang, Ludon had terrorized much of Scardia for the past 10 years.

He's a former Sailor of the Former Scardian Royal Navy and an intelligent ruffian who frequented seaside bars. Once the ADN absorbed the Military of Scardia, he refused an ADN transfer and turned to crime instead with said brother.

He operated mostly in the shadows, being a skilled chemist he drafted many illicit potions and drugs to sell throughout the villages of Scardia with his brother. Soon their gang got larger, and thus they got recognition from Shadow Law. To join the group, Ludon was sent to Beijio to meet with the leaders of Shadowlaw and by this point his face was too recognizable and he was a wanted man. Shadow Law made him an offer, however, and agreed to better help conceal his identity whilst also granting him more power. The result was his... monsterfication.

The transformation resulted in his present form, the majority of his Scardian abilities lost in the process. Even so, he is presumably immortal now and with a froglike body that better suits him, resulting from his expertise with sailing. However, his ghoulification from drinking the blood of a vampire to gain a high and more strength and enhanced senses still lingers, resulting him in hunting down and or devouring vampires to keep himself from going mad and or becoming a mindless, blood starved beast.

He kept in contact with Dez, till recently when he dropped off the face of the earth. One of the Shadow Law agents uncovered that their disused barnhouse (used to transport 'raw materials' and weapons) was apparently discovered and surprisingly raided.
Blood and bodies were barely recognizable, but it was assumed Dez did not survive this 'raid'. Moving on with this grievous news, and his gang utterly destroyed, Ludon, or 'Ludbog' as he's now called has turned to scouting possible nefarious criminals to join up with Shadow Law, and thus made contact with the Dragon Pirate Queen, joining her crew. He often times offers her jobs whilst working on board her ship as a regular member of the crew, jobs that are of a questionable nature.

Special Abilities:
-Superhuman Strength: His powerful arms and legs make him capable of superhuman feats of strength, and could easily toss around the ideal Scardian male soldier with ease. He can use this to his advantage, allowing him to utilize his two handed sword, Kadala with a single hand.

-Prehensile Projectile Tongue: Ludbog can shoot his tongue out at a maximum of 10 feet, and wrap it around objects with the ease a human has to curl their fingers.

-Swallow Whole: Ludbog's large mouth and body allows him to easily swallow a humanoid of standard height or a little taller. Like most frogmen, he's capable of digesting such creatures alive. Being swallowed whole by him isn't an instant death sentence, as it can take several hours or a couple days to digest a full grown human.

-Fire Resistant Skin: He is covered in a mucus like slime that keeps him hydrated in the open air. It is quite resistant to heat, and the substance makes him immune to most fire or heat based attacks.

-Land Hop: He can jump, thanks to his frog like nature, higher than a mortal and cover more distance than one. He could easily leap from one location to another or if he needs to gain speed on a chase.

-Water Healing: He can heal injuries by submerging himself with water or being caught in the rain.

-Immunity to Cold: Oddly, he is not impeded by ice spells, or cold environments like other frogmen.

-Paralyzing Spikes (Fast Acting Poison): The hardened red spikes on Ludbog's back and shoulders naturally secrete a somewhat paralytic poison that temporarily effects anyone other than him who happens to be scratched or impaled by them. The poison acts quickly but leaves the system within several minutes after becoming knumbed by the poison.

-Swordsmanship: He has a notably Scardian disciplined sword style, and uses his large sword Kadala in his left hand and a large fish hook in his right.

-Dual Wielding: He shows remarkable skill in dual wielding weaponry, easily capable of attacking or defending with both hands.

-Potion Making: He's quite a skilled alchemist, capable of making a number of drugs, poultices and poisons.

-Sailing: He's capable of sailing a small vessel and knows his way around a number of sailing ships, with very capable sea legs.


Magic:
-Spike Launcher: Ludbog can curl up into a ball and launch his crimson body spikes from his body, sending them flying with the built up pressure of his body and flexing. The spikes are still paralytic, and though it takes a bit, the spikes will regrow from his body rather quickly (3 posts time).

-Geokinesis: Ludbog has the power to control and manipulate powerful magical abilities involving the earth. He is immune to his Geokinesis abilities as well as those practiced by others.
  • Petrification Touch/Breath: By touching his foe, Ludbog can petrify organic beings, turning them to stone, of various types. He can also breathe a mist which petrifies all organic (save plantlife) into stone as well.

  • Petrifying Blast: Ludbog can fire a blast of gray energy through the air in a huge explosion of energy. If this blast touches anyone that is not him, that person will be petrified.

  • Rock Body: Ludbog can cover his entire body with rock like armor.

  • Rock Spikes: Ludbog can create stony pillars to jut from the earth when on solid ground.

  • Fissure: Ludbog can split the earth beneath enemies, either telekinetically or when striking his massive body to the solid ground or other earthly properties.

  • Earthquake: Draco can magically induce massive earthquakes.

  • Launch: He can launch his enemies into the air by launching the earth beneath their feet.
