Scardian brigand Ludon 'Bloodthirst' Redstar, leader of the Redstar Gang. Man is described as an intelligent ghoul, eldest brother of missing criminal Dezmond Redstar, who is
believed to be on the run with Ludon. The sum of 700,000 gX will be awarded to the individual who brings Ludon to the nearest bounty facility or enforcement official. Dezmond is
not a priority and may be killed on sight for an additional 500 gX or ignored. Both criminals current whereabouts are unknown.
