Azula Moon Base (Lock Down)

Kusanagi runs down the corridor, flashing red lights and alarms blaring off in the background. Sweat trickles down her forehead, her bluish hair swaying as she takes a hard right turn, her .45 at the ready when she puts two bullets into those human looking creatures. BANG BANG! The creatures drop like flies, and the woman continues on, closing the heavy steel frame door behind her and activated the air lock. "Aya, you need to get out of that sector!" came her radio. "We're going to separate that sector in 10 minutes, you need to get out of there!" Came Renston's voice again. She taps her earpiece and instinctively nodded. "I'm already halfway out Lady Renston." Kusanagi replied.

What Kusanagi didn't realize that what she was running from was blocking the other half of the sector on her way out. As she traversed through the maze of corridors to escape the Moon Base from whatever it was that was wreaking havoc, "whatever it was" continued to wreak havoc.

It had made its way into the massive chamber that led out of the sector, a man that had touched a strange black fluid they'd found on a nearby planet. The fluid transformed him into a monstrous, squid-like creature, extraordinarily powerful, and it...he...was devouring the crew left and right. The more he ate, the larger he grew.

The alarms continued to blare. He wasn't letting anyone out of the sector.

Kusanagi continues to blast her way down the tunnels. She could see out the windows that the Base had seen better days. Plasma exploding against catwalks and walkways- air being forced out into space, carrying other crew members who suffocate in the far reaches of the moon's orbit. She turned her head away, unable to keep watching.

She then makes her way down the next corridor and then pauses, aiming her weapon ahead of her she points at the swirling mess of tentacles that swayed and snaked ahead of her. She watched poor Janet from Artillary get scooped up and then tossed almost non-chalantly into the maw of the creature who crunched down onto her once-causing her legs to spasm before a tentacle pushed her fully into the hole by pushing her right shoe's sole. The woman disapeared with a slick gulp....and then the mouth opened again and showed off to the lone Aya Kusanagi that Janet was no more.

Kusanagi's body shivered. She slowly begins to step back and with one hand she called Renston. "Lady Renston..I have a problem!" She fired three shots at the creature. "Give me a path around Block C, and make it fast!" she cried, firing twice more before setting off the way she came.

Taking but a moment to savor the dying woman the creature had just chomped down on and then swallowed without mercy, it noticed its next prey. It recognized her. As this creature used to be a man named Seifer, and deep within the broken mind of this creature he'd become, his consciousness lived. But he'd been turned into a ravenous creature. He knew how many crew members he'd consumed, and Kusanagi, was one of the very few remaining, if not the only one in this sector. He also knew the ways out.

As he assimilated Janet's body into his, growing large and forming more tentacles, his maw widening just a little, he let out a groan that boomed "Kusanagi", echoing down the metal hallways.

His giant form took after her, slithering across the floor with a speed quite incredible for something of his size, squeezing down the corridor that Kusanagi went back down.

Hearing her last name screaming down the metal chute she was running in sent chills up her spine. Her heeled suit clicked and clanked loudly against the steel flooring and grated panels. She had one hand on the pommel of her ballistic assisted katana, and in her right hand she held her Yukari .45. She looked back occasionally and fired rounds back at the creature, and noticed how much bigger it has become!

"Keep running, I'll activate one of the blast shutters!" cried Renston over the communicator. Kusanagi kept running, not replying and could see a shutter begin to fall ahead of her, but it was still quite a bit away. She looked back and quick turned, aiming with both hands she fired into an explosive canister which was right by the creature, spilling shrapnel into it. She gasps, turning her head back, she noticed that the shutter was halfway down! She poured her adrenaline into her sprint, and the shutter was just about to close when she dove down, sliding onto her butt and turning on her side as the shutter had just the right amount of space to dive under before closing. The creature would need to find another way around, or some other method if it wanted Kusanagi as it's prize. She continues her way down the hallway, her heart racing but still worried about the creature being lucky enough to find another way!

Slightly impeded by the explosive shrapnel and the continual shots fired, Seifer became frustrated, and was angered that his prey got away by the closing shutter. Sure, he had the strength to tear that shutter down, but Kusanagi would be too far gone by then. If she could get out of this sector, which Renston was surely closing down, then Kusanagi was heading for the escape pods. There was a launch bay in each sector for emergencies like this one, if soldiers weren't able to evacuate the sector through the main egress.

He may be huge, but so was the sector, and it required a lot of space in areas not meant for personnel to keep it running. Tearing the ceiling down with his enormous and frighteningly strong tentacles, Seifer's squid-like form squeezed into the ducts that kept oxygen flowing throughout the base. The base needed tons of it, and therefore the ducts were enormous. With loud bangs and clangs, Seifer crawled through the ducts, slithering with conviction, toward the launch bay.

"Aya, don't taunt him! Just keep running and take a left! Hurry, the sector is going to be removed! Hurry to the EVAC pods! I'll open up the shaft, just hurry!" Lady Renston cried.

Seifer could hear Aya speaking to Renston, and her bullets attempting to pierce the metal ducts he was gliding through. There was no way she'd make it there first. He passed her, and found his place above the EVAC chamber. His tentacles pried through the metal, creating a massive hole, and then his own weight caused him to drop into the chamber.

There he'd wait. But not in the middle of the room. With a few moments before Aya would reach, he slithered up above the door she would enter, and would hide there, knowing that once she entered, the door behind her would lock shut. She'd only have two ways out. A evacuation pod...or inside him.

She ran down the the corridor and saw the escape pod room. "There, I'm almost there Rachel!" She cried, her heart rising and her lungs seeming to have a new life to them! Her shiny skin tight suit glistened under the blaring flashing lights, and her face showed a hopeful expression with her glistening flesh dripping with sweat and her short blue hair sticking against her skull or swaying with her movement. Her small breasts jiggled almost naturally due to the tightness of the suit. Her thighs waned, feeling tired from her adventure and running around the horrors that invaded the base.

Seifer watched as his delicious and tired looking crew mate crossed the threshold of the door to the EVAC chamber. She let out a sigh of relief as the door closed behind her, and the blaring sirens seemed almost far away, quiet. She had reached safety. There were dozens of escape pods in the massive hangar, and all she had to do was step into one. She had minutes to do so.

And just as she stepped forward, she felt an enormous tentacle wrap around her waist and right arm and HOIST her up into the air.

Kusanagi was free...free of horror, free of pain...free of-

-then she let out a shocked cry of surprise as she begins to levitate from the floor! Tendrils had wrapped tightly around her waist, and pulled loosely against her arm. Looking up, she saw the large drooling maw that had done in poor Janet. She screamed, her crimson orbs small with terror and the gun in her right hand became alive as she repeated pulled back the trigger till the gun's slide dropped. She pulled against the loose tentacle, and her arm came free at the expense of dropping her gun somewhere into the darkness below.
The tentacle was turning her, her face towards the maw so she would look down it's deep and slick tunnel of a throat; she could almost hear the cries and wails of the souls trapped within it!

She dropped her arm to the hilt of her katana, her left hand grabbed the sheath and pulled the trigger-and the beam katana's blade swung out into a violent arc! It slices the tentacle around her waist all the way through, and Kusanagi falls onto her back against the metal floor below. She cringed, rolling free of the tendril before slipping back onto her feet. She ran towards one of the capsules, slicing another tentacle in her path before pressing a button to activate one of them. She turns around, her hands upon her sword's grip, her back against the poly-carbon door as she waits for it to open; all the while she is ready to defend herself-this was her final stand!

The poly-carbon doors wouldn't open immediately because the escape pods had noticed depressurization in the room, due mostly to the fact that Seifer had torn apart the ventilation system. The creature he was now, he found himself feeling little to no pain as his tendrils were torn apart from Aya's blade. And she didn't know much about what that black liquid did.

With her back against the door, ready to defend herself, she could only watch in horror as Seifer's monstrous form fell from the ceiling and started to make its way toward her. Not only that, but so did the tendrils she cut off. They were still alive, like worms, and they were regrowing their own limbs. Like a hydra, the fucking thing started to multiply when she cut off the tendrils. Seifer could sense her heart beat rise, her breasts heaving, body trembling, as she was unsure what to do. Slicing the creature(s) would only make more of them! All she had to do was stay alive...stay alive for a little longer for the door to open, and then she'd be okay.

Not caring about the multiplication factor, she started swinging at the two smaller creatures she'd created, but it only proliferated more. She gasped and groaned, in an almost erotic manner, fending off the tiny beasts as the greater one approached. She kept her eye on it. On that maw. She couldn't go down it.

One of the smaller beasts wrapped around her wrist holding the katana and SNAPPED it. She let out a cry as her wrist broke and she dropped the weapon, the beasts overcoming it. However, finally, the door opened! Desperate, she fell back into the tiny pod, and that's when Seifer took to the door. Basically his entire maw covered the door, tendrils reaching in after her. The pod wasn't ready for take off yet...and an enormous creature wanted to eat her, only feet away.

She slammed her left elbow against the emergency close button-the sliding doors which normally slammed shut were only slowly cutting into the creature's body-only making it so two main tentacles and its large gaping maw were jutting into the pod. She pressed her body tightly against the padded wall, screaming as alien-like slobber splashed over her breasts and face in a sick trail of saliva. In her com, she could hear Renston speaking, but was unsure as to what the eighteen year old was saying, Kusanagi's eyes and ears were on the center of that maw!

This capsule was gonna launch as soon as there was nothing keeping the doors jammed open, but with this large creature that was pulling her in it was impossible! "No!! STOP!!!" she cried again, this time Rachel was crying back, wondering what the hell was going on! She was staggering forwards, her chest bent forward-her breasts and torso dangling over the hole that was widening past her head and shoulders, her eyes fixed upon the sweating tunnel ahead of her!
