Izhevesk Ministry of Intelligence and Espionage

The Izheveskian Ministry of Intelligence and Espionage, (MIE), is an organization that is directed by the Prime Minister of the Izheveskian peoples, and works for the Prime Minister as 'Agents'. The Agents gather intelligence on whomever the Prime Minister pleases, and are required some form of military or combat training as well as the ability to easily blend in with local society. They are armed with whatever that pleases them, but are given the Quicksilver Custom TT as a sidearm, and may be required for certain missions. Other weaponry will also be distributed, and will be placed in this topic description for your benefit.

History:  A young woman who was formerly of the Beijio Public Service Agency, (BPSA). Her father and mother were lesser agents in the agency, so it was only a matter of time before she joined as well. She excelled in physical contact, and her beautiful and charming personality made her quite the femme fatal for her service. At some point she decided to leave the organization, well...without informing the Beijionese before hand. In one of her missions dealing with a smuggler, she was ''kidnapped'' and then taken on board a cargo vessel bound for Breland Coastal City. The ship however never made it to port, nor were the BPSA able to infiltrate it in time to recover their agent. The ship had come in contact with a reef, jostling the ship and it's explosive ordinance, exploding and killing all on board. Meiling's body was never found.

It wasn't till a few years ago did she resurface. She had apparently traded hands with the Ministry of Intelligence and Espionage, (MIE), and betrayed her countrymen by divulging all that she knew to her new Agency. She is now one of the best agents in the field for the MIE. She excels as a sleeper agent, intelligence officer, security officer, sniper and a undercover operative.

She usually performs the technique by pinning her target beneath her, and simply smothering them between her breasts, suffocating them slowly.
-Adapted Technique: Prison of Death - Suffocation: Based on long lost ancient manuscripts left by Hiyori Busujima; this technique is one of the more intimate assassination techniques. This has Anna pin the victim to the ground, and has her then press her groin or rump directly onto the mouth and nose of the opponent, cutting off their oxygen beneath her weight. This technique can be applied gently, forcefully, or roughly, and leaves the limbs all free to either apply other techniques simultaneously, or even to fend off other opponents as needed. How Anna sits or crouches on her target is solely at her discretion as well, making the technique quite variable for what it is.

-Adapted Technique: Prison of Death - Anaconda Vice: Based on long lost ancient manuscripts left by Hiyori Busujima; this variation of the Prison of Death is more involved. Anna will squeeze the neck and throat of the target between her thighs in a vicious leg scissors. This can act as a lethal chokehold, or may lead to a sudden twist of her hips, breaking the target’s neck horribly.



-Adapted Technique: Kiss of Death - Poison Fangs: Based on long lost ancient manuscripts left by Hiyori Busujima; Anna routinely practices the infusion of chi into her lips and her teeth for these techniques. Capable of springing the Kiss of Death upon anyone even during regular intimacy if needed, Anna immediately locks her teeth and jaws around the lips and mouth of her target. The technique causes immediate paralysis by locking the targets energy in it’s current state, and this variation immediately injects a powerful ki based venom into the target, resulting in continued paralysis along with agonizing pain. This allows Anna to move onto any other technique of her choice, or even to leave the target right there until they either die from the powerful toxin, or they survive and the effect wears off.
