A civilian model of the Akira 9600 used by police and military services. It lacks many of the customizations present in the Police model, save for the ability to hydroplane off shallow waters when at high speeds. This sport bike was used by the DarkSEED Military Police back in 2639, and has survived to the current year as the Breland Police's standard issue chase vehicle in motorcycles.
