The Three Pagodas Empty The Three Pagodas

Further behind the shrine, towards the rear entrance bridge are three, massive Pagoda buildings, each with five floors. Each floor is used by the more senior priestesses and shrine maidens for advanced religious training, physical combat, and the last is actually a trick pagoda used for ninjutsu training. Water flows from the base of the temple mount and flows into a nearby river under the entrance bridge.
