Palace of the God Queen: Bed Chambers

White marble walls and ceiling supported by massive, carved pillars of Dragon Ivory. Polished pink granite floor tiles sparkle the entire length of the room which is illuminated by starry, artificial light. A large open bath is present in one corner of the room; heated all year long and sectioned off by large silk screen dividers.

At the far back, along the wall, a wide mattress set upon dragon bone frames curtained by sheer blue sheets of see-through gauze surrounded the plush, cushioned mattress. The white satin sheets swirled around this massive bed, with a very feminine lump curled in the center where a bunch of full sized pillows were stacked against the head board.

The sheets gently shifted with the young, feline figure's heavy slumbering movements. The young woman was Nadia Shamoon, the current God-Queen and Pharaoh of Black Anubis; their young leader. She was sleeping soundly, her black ears twitching, causing her golden earrings to jingle. The tanned beauty with her silky dark hair was naked under her supple, thin silk sheets. Her rather endowed chest bellowing with her snores; the blanket shifting up and down her naked frame.

Unbeknownst to her, Anubia was under attack by multiple sources, and since the room was situated in a bunker capable of avoiding a nuclear siege underground, she couldn't feel any tremor or hear a single scream coming from the monsters or her own people.



A pair of servants of Nehebu-Kau slithered unnoticed into the Pharaoh's chambers. The fully reptilian looking lamias had shapely bulging scales beneath their humanoid chests; the unmoving pair of Black Anubis Apostles who were settling in the stomach of one of the beasts while the other held their mentor. The 'fuller' of the pair kept guard, grabbing hold of a spear carefully mounted on the marble walls, while the other began to crawl up onto the bed! The beast flicked its long, forked ebony tongue as it kneaded its claws into the plush surface of the mattress!



Soon it was overtop the woman, its massive, scaly hand reached down for Nadia's neck- it was going to suffocate the God-Queen and watch her life leave her body before it would consume her as well!

SZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZINNNG!!

A high pitch whirl of energy shot through the large, mostly empty space of the bedroom! The bolt of light burning through the gauzy canopy of Nadia's bed, slamming into the creature's back! The beast shot its scaly head and upper body back! A loud shriek emanating from its gaping jaws as its body burned with a glowing blue light that began to descend down the length of its spine! Within moments, the creature's scales crumbled to ash, bones turned to dust and the creature turned into a pile of black smoke; cremating the poor mentor long dead inside as well save her black armor which rested amid the charred bones of both mortal and creature!

If this was not enough to receive the attention of the other serpent, the Guardian's voice surely did!

"PHARAOH!!!!!"



The 'mysterious' helmeted Guardian of Nadia Shamoon, Guardian Anu Nazari the Younger shot through the room toting her massive Gun Glaive in hand! "HRAAAH!!" shouted the tall, beast-kin woman while she swung the glaive's heavy blade into the shaft of the remaining serpent's spear! The beast was forced back a bit, as Anu took advantage of her other limbs and struck the beast with a mighty kick into its side, forcing its weight along her spear as a guide to throw them towards the wall! Anu backed up, twirling her custom polearm in a menacing manner, her pelvic curtain flowing as she side stepped, getting between the monster and her God-Queen's bed! The glowing yellow slits in her helmet narrowed as she taunted the snake by opening her arms wide and slamming the pommel of her weapon onto the polished pink tile beneath them! This was also a small attempt to wake her God-Queen... which would be more of a task than fighting this slithering bastard!

The snake shook its scaly body, glaring at the helmeted beastkin with a snarl! It quickly launched its spear at the woman, before swiftly advancing upon her! However, before it could even cover the distance, a flash of amethyst cut between the pair!

CLANG!!!!

Another beastkin, this one a nekomimi with grey hair appears!



The woman has one leg up in the air where she had kicked the thrown spear, launching it over Anu's head and into the wall behind them; the spear head dragging much of Nadia's canopy with it before embedding into the solid white marble surface! The woman's finger tips glow with radiant purple light, and as the snake creature approaches, the woman raises her left arm in a charged up swipe!

Splurrt!!

Blood splashes as the woman swings her laser like claws through the launching beast's body, ducking under its chest as its head, and several parts of its neck, plop to the ground in bloody chunks! The head, mouth still wide, approaches Anu, but the woman swipes it aside with her Gun Glaive before it got too close! Anu makes a low, guttural sound; like a growl or a grunt of annoyance. All the while, Guardian Yasmin Nazari The Elder cuts open the creature's stomach from underneath the beast, prying open the scale's like a twisted, gnarly pouch. Slime and blood sputter from the opening she created... and the woman frowns before dropping the corpse filled corpse. "Already dead. Shit." She remarks about the pair within the stomach, not wanting to recount their terrible state within the beast's acidic sack.

"I had them, Sister!" remarked the annoyed Jackal, her stiff and tall ears twitching atop her head while her stubby, fuzzy tail stood on end in the back! The woman was rigid and stomped her right heel into the tile to emphasize her anger!

To this, Yasmin half snickered, brushing her white bangs from her eyes. "Sure ya did, but we don't have time to play around with these scaly bastards;" She teased her sis, and glanced over her shoulder at the slumbering Nadia who had a pair of charred corpses on her bed and was STILL sleeping! "Waking Her up will be more of a task; worst case scenario you'll carry Her and I'll provide you both with cover." She explained as she headed over to the sleeping, naked cat and began shaking her. "Pharaoh, Pharaoh... Nadia, wake up!" She began sternly, shaking their God-Queen (and Cousin) vigorously!

Nadia, blissfully unaware of the dangers, continued to sleep soundly even amid the noise and chaos erupting around her! She curled up into her pillow, nuzzling her face deep into its plush surface as she meowed. "Mmmmm, bring me some sardines and wine~" She yawned, clicking her lips and biting her pillow with tiny fangs. Her tail swishing under her now stained silk sheets as the charred remains rolled about the surface of the bed around her waist and feet. Yaz shaking her had little effect as of this moment, and the naked nekomimi continued to talk in her sleep! "Anubia needs more boy toyz... so bored with gurls... sardines! Mmmm~" She hummed in her sleep!

"I DID!" Anu replied in her annoyed tone, following her sister's movements as she spoke her plans. "How about I provide you both with cover while YOU carry Her? I'm better at range, and we'll need to keep our distance from these creatures if we want to make it out of Anubia alive, Sister!"

The 5'11 Jackal-Kin approached the bed as well, and shook her head. "Shit, She can sleep through anything!"

"Nadia-wake-the-hell-UP!" She shouted into the God-Queen's ears as she slap and backhanded their Living Goddess in a quick and repetitive manner!

"Oh wait... there is... that method..." She dropped the naked young woman, whose breasts bounced about even after Yas had stopped slapping her face! She then held the neko by her tail...

Anu gasped again, and Yasmine closed her eyes. "Forgive me Nadia, for I am about to sin..." She sighed with one free hand making a small prayer gesture, the other hand gripped tightly...

Nadia continued to sleep, in spite of the constant assault on her plush, beautiful face! Her jiggly, brazen flesh rippled throughout her curvaceous body with every slap and backhand! "HOW DARE YOU PULL MY LUXURIOUS TAIL?!!" Her tiny fangs bared as her fur stood on end and her back arched! She had her long legs coiled around the golden bars hoisting up her bed's curtains, her breasts between the pole, her bare crotch riding it; her naked ass jiggled as she shifted her body, hanging there upside down for a full minute before the bar finally met its weight limit and bent downward! "EHAAAAH?!!" Cried the surprised Nekomimi Queen, falling back onto the bed which proceeded to bounce her off the edge, before her Guardian's feet! "Ooof...." groaned the young neko, whose tail fell between her shapely thighs. She had landed on her chest, and she began to lift herself up and grit her fangs towards her cousins, Anu and Yasmin! "WHATS THE BIG IDEA?! ASSAULTING ME IN MY SLEEP?! THE NERVE!!" She spat angrily, hair stiff and tail fur on end as she showed her claws!

"Pharaoh Nadia, Anubia is under siege. Monsters we had sealed for generations have revived and have escaped their imprisonment, we have already lost 60% of our forces due to this surprising action, and it is now in our best interest to get you the HELL out of here!" Yasmin quickly (and somewhat) calmly stated, pulling the sheet so the charred skeleton and ashes of both the monster and the former Dark Knight who it had eaten clattered to the floor in front of Nadia! "Vizier Seth has seemingly disabled her Comm Link, so we have been unable to verify her current status. We need to assume the worse and get you out of the city immediately, so get yourself dressed as quickly as you can my Lady and stick close to us!" Yasmin begged.

Nadia's hair stood on end at the sight of the human and serpentine bones blackened by Anu's energy bolt! She leaped back, feeling her skin crawling as she stared at the char pile! She listened carefully to Yasmin, and felt sweat rolling down her face. "Bastet guide us..." she gasped, blinking rapidly, holding her throat which now felt tight. Her heart sank deep into her chest and she felt butterflies in her stomach as well, she felt nauseous and sickened by the reality she had just awoken to! Dammit, I should have been awake, now... now my people... my family are...! The thought made Nadia shake her head furiously! "No, I demand blood! I command you that we are to save this city!" She spat furiously, and quickly went for her switch glaive mounted on the wall! "I'll fight naked if I have to! I will not abandon my people in their hour of need!" the God-Queen hissed!

"My Lady, your intentions are honorable, but it is far too late to save the city in its current state." Guardian Nazari the Elder explained solemnly. "We must vacate Anubia, regroup with our expeditionary forces before we can return. We are currently outmatched and outnumbered. I cannot obey your orders, Nadia... we Guardians are forced by the current circumstances to forfeit our lives for your safety. You are, the God Queen, the Pharaoh, and of the 'Sacred Nine', we cannot let you fall here. Now," she stood up from her knee and strode over to Nadia, dragging her dresser over to the woman, scratching up the floor. "get yourself dressed. We cannot tarry here longer!" She argued!

Anu was silent all the while... till her tall ears twitched. She cocked her head towards the entrance of the bed chambers, spinning her Gun Glaive once more as she took aggressive steps towards the entryway. "...More are coming! We don't have much time, I'll hold them off till you are presentable, my Lady!" Shouted the younger guardian!



Several scaly creatures slithered into view from the hallway, their appearances much the same as the pair both Guardians had dispatched moments prior. Anu held the Glaive at her hip level, the barrel aimed at one of the approaching creatures!

SZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZINNNG!!

Again, the barrel bursts with bright, electric blue energy which crackles through the air at the first of the approaching beasts! Like before, the result of the weapon is almost instantaneous as the serpent dwindles into a pile of ash and bone! She swings the heavy glaive soon after for the next approaching beast, driving her blade deep into its lanky neck, before she kicks its scaly hide off the blade! She bats away projectiles fired at her, breaking arrows and slinging rocks with the shaft of her pole arm, before she draws one of the weapons from her void pocket!


(High Capacity "Power-Hammer" .50 Automatic Pistol)

The hefty Black Anubis weapon felt natural in her free hand's grip, as the beautiful, helmeted warrior swung her arm forwards, flicking the firing mode to 'two round burst' with her thumb!

BANG-BANG! BANG-BANG!-!!

The .50 automatic 'handgun' loudly discharged upon the Lamian marksmen, drilling holes into their scaly dark green and ebony hides! The Power Hammer had a 60 round cylindrical magazine, so she'd have enough time to play with it before having to reload so long as she had the enemies to present the weapon to! The Jackal wordlessly charged forth, slamming her pole arm into the next scaly beast, unloading more magnum ammunition into following and kicking back and dicing the one thereafter! She leaped up onto the neck of a particularly larger serpent, using her polearm's shaft to lock its jaws, the slimy pole lodged lengthwise at the back of its mouth like a horse bit while she rode on his back! She crossed her legs tightly, crushing its neck as he thrashed about, before using her entire body to twist the creature's neck with the aid of the pole!

The room shook as the beast collapsed, and Anu leapt off, driving the Glaive's head into another screaming snake-man's chest, the barrel pressing into the scaly surface as she pulls the long lever-like trigger, setting off another powerful blast!

The creature explodes more violently, sending gore all over the place as the beast blood rains across the polished marble of the bedchamber... Anu, bathed in blood turns to the entrance, raising the Automatic Magnum again, firing it at the next foolish creature that dared to enter!

Anu's clash with the serpentine enemy drew the attention of the Elder, whose narrowed catlike gaze shifted to the combat. She turned to face the entrance to the room and let her arms fall to her sides. With a flick of her wrists, the radiant amethyst light of her claws activated once more- flickering like holograms as she bowed her head. "My Lady... please, dress yourself in my absence." She says cordially enough before her panther claw like feet twitched.

Within the blink of an eye, Nazari the Elder had crossed the distance from her end of the bedroom to the entrance! Streaks of violet, amethyst light trailed behind Guardian Nazari the Elder, her arms flared out behind her as she sprinted forward with a speed almost like that of a Scardian! She leaped into the fray, avoiding her sibling's projectiles nimbly as she tore through the remnants that evaded her sister's wrath! Her laser claws simply tearing through the thick scales of these lesser lamian bastards! One confronted her with a curved blade which she deftly blocked with her right arm's gauntlet, her left hand jabbing the nerves of the creature's sword arm- with her light blades extended! Not only did the blades phase through the creature's scales, but she overloaded the nerves with her spiritual power as well! The entire length of the creature's arm began to glow with violet energy, before bursting! The creature roared out hysterically, backing away as she grabbed the scimitar from its useless hand and drove it through its neck with a full body swing! She was crouched onto the floor, the head of the snake bouncing somewhere behind her as it rained with the creatures blood!

What she had performed on the beast was an ancient art her mortal father taught her... well, mostly mortal. Balthus Darkstorm was a mortal man whose body had been infused by a powerful, dark dragon's soul. It left him cursed with a 'short life' but gave him an unbelievable amount of power! She was certain the man still was alive, but he left not too long after she had become the official Guardian of Nadia, and she had not seen him since... the Darkstorm technique that overloaded the nerves of her opponents and with her additional augments, she was capable of making them explode!

She slung the dark green blood off the scimitar in her hand, and stood beside her sister as they both could hear additional beasts in the corridor ahead. Taking a look over the blade she let out a soft grunt:



"They've been plundering our treasury... leave none of them standing Anu!" commented the Elder, who raised the ancient blade in a reverse grip, her other hand bearing her laser claws!

Anu replied sternly, jabbing her glaive into a serpent's corpse as she took a cylindrical magazine covered in the inky blood of the serpents, taking this time to reload her automatic magnum. Once finished, Anu grabbed the pole arm and slung blood off the wide, thick blade! "It's time to send them back to hell!" Nazari the Younger bellows as she sprinted ahead of her sister boldly! Even though she was better from afar, she could be fiercely competitive with her elder sister when it came to training and combat! Can you see me Sis? Can you see how much I've grown? She'd sometimes ask herself, and it was all about besting her sister when and if she could!

"Raaaaaaaahhhhh!"

Anu's war cry echoed from her helmet; her visor's eyes glowing a bright blue as her Gun Glaive's crystal began to glow blue as well! The weapon was coated with the bluish energy she normally shot out of the weapon's barrel! As the next wave approached she cleaved her way through them, her weapon now burning through their flesh and scales like her sister's claws, with the exception they continued to burn! Turning to ash and bones like they had been shot, her weapon cut the next scaly warrior with similar results. She raised her left arm, feeling it engulfed by the slimy mouth of a serpent biting down on her shoulder. She didn't appear to wince, thanks to her helmet, but what the reptile did not seem to take into account was in her left hand was the auto magnum...!

BANG-BANG! BANG-BANG! BANG-!!

The sound was muffled thanks to the ebony scaled creature's thick hide, but within a few moments the back end of its head tore open with bright light as the .50 payload exited the creature's body! She pulled out her arm, one of the teeth dragging a trench of crimson down her left arm from her shoulder down her bicep! She kicked the creature aside, blocking the strikes of a pair of lamians armed with their ancient Domescadian blades! The shaft catching the blades of her adversaries as she pushed them back, sweeping the automagnum into their faces as she did! The beasts quickly withdrew, hissing as the powerful rounds parted their scaly flesh!



A larger Lamian slithered past them grabbing hold of Anu's Gun Glaive!

"??!" Escaped a small gasp of surprise from the Younger Guardian! The beast burnt its scaly hands holding onto her glaive, giving his companions time to flank her with their blades! Unmoving as she tried to jab the polearm into the creature's abdomen, she fell back, abandoning her weapon! She held out her bleeding arm, firing the .50 SMG into the approaching Lamian to her left-



-then, like before-



-she called out from the void pocket another 'Powerhammer'! Equipped with the pair of heavy duty, large caliber sub machineguns developed by Black Anubis, the woman began to unload the heavy smg on all the enemies around her!

BANG-BANG!BANG-BANG!BANG-BANG!BANG-BANG!BANG-BANG!BANG-BANG!BANG-BANG!BANG-BANG!BANG-!!

Thunder echoed throughout the bedchamber, Anu handling the recoil of both weapons with ease, using it to her advantage in her full circle sweep! Around her several serpent's fell or backed away to avoid being penetrated by the Jackal's heavy duty firearms! Her back was turned to the one who had her Gun Glaive, who raised her own weapon against her! Without looking she bent her elbows into 'L's and peppered the beast behind her with the pair of auto magnums! Her ears, protected all the while, thanks to her ear armor muffling the reports of the powerful firearms!

The bullets pelted this larger beast like a jackhammer, and ripped away large scales covering his body! Anu soon turned around, one hand still focusing her firepower on the beast as the other paused for a moment before she held her arms out parallel and resumed the dual exposure treatment to the massive, powerful creature! The peppering of automatic .50 shells made the beast drop her glaive, and pausing for a moment, Anu dropped to her back on the floor, catching the shaft between her high heel's heel and sole, before launching it back up! She took quick aim and fired a shell into the back of the Glaive's head, which drove the pole arm to spin viciously! The weapon itself had been launched to Giant Lamian's neck height when she shot the blade, driving it into the creature's scaly neck! Additional bullets drove it further in, and as Anu rolled back to her feet the beast gripped its bleeding neck with wide eyes!

Nazari the Younger then vaulted off the smaller Lamian's, leaping higher and towards the Giant Lamian before her legs, specifically the back of her knees, caught the imbedded pole arm! Hanging upside down, at least 15 feet in the air, the Younger Nazari rained heavy lead down upon the other serpents while swinging her weight to dislodge the pole! However, when the giant tried to seize her in his death throes, Anu slid her body closer to the lever-like trigger of her weapon, and squeezed her left thigh against it!

SZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZINNNG!!

Bright, intense azure light radiated from the Giant's neck wound, the creature's skeletal structure and skull visible through its glowing scales- his large eyes wide as he began to incinerate from the inside out! The beast thrashed around viciously as he was cooked from within, forcing Anu off her glaive! The younger Jackal woman dropped to the ground, rolling before bringing up her automatic magnums on the approaching beasts! Sweat and dark green blood rolled down the womans lovely bronze skin, her long silver hair flapping behind her like a cape as the muzzle flash from her automags illuminated her glistening curves...

Yasmin let her sibling have her fun, as she took her time methodically eliminating the stragglers based on their skill and morale. Some were more cautious slithering past Anu's assault, showing herself well among their enemy as a deadly opponent. Though Yasmin was usually the cocky one, she hung back and observed while dispatching her own targets with swift and practical strikes with her left Feral and the Lion Scimitar. However, this changed as Anu took on a larger opponent, and was now fighting with her auto magnums akimbo style! "Shit!" Spat the Elder Nazari, who gripped the heart of a Lamian with her five fingered claws, dicing and burning it with the purple beams of light by squeezing her fingers together which in turn created a thicker amethyst colored beam!

She dropped the serpent and quickly sprinted towards her sister as she became separated from her glaive! Yasmin's precise swings with the scimitar cleaving through scales and limbs while her laser like claws diced through the other scaly assailants! She gave her sister a quick glance over in the interim, before her golden gaze fell upon her next opponent: "You're injured, get back and take a moment to rest yourself, Anu! Defend Her!" She commanded before rushing into the fray!



Yasmin was a violent, purple haze that zipped between the slithering serpents! Her weapons cleaving through the beasts with ease, as she parried with the scimitar and cut through both weapon and wielder with her powerful glowing claws! The violet beams could slice through almost anything, and she also had the Adamantite claws of her artificial legs, which tore the enemy to ribbons as she swung out her legs! She severed the head of a Lamian in front of her when the tail of another wrapped around her waist! Glancing up, the woman brought up her left hand as the jaws of the beast descended over her head and shoulders- straight down to her hips!

Slime and darkness surrounded the woman, soon glowing with bright, amethyst light as her claws bore through the neck of the serpent attempting to swallow her alive! The woman dropped the scimitar, and crawled into the bleeding serpent's jaws, into its neck which bulged out with her feminine shape as she used her other hand to aid the other in ripping an opening! Can't believe I am crawling through this smelly beast just to get out of its grapple! The Elder Nazari thought, flustered and shivering with disgust as she glowed violet in the darkness of the slimy, undulating throat! Her other claw's beams poked through the back of the creature's neck and soon she was pulling herself out through the widening hole- covered in thick slime and dark green ooze! She peeled herself out from its thick scales and meaty layer like a sick butterfly from its cocoon, and quickly leaped out onto the polished pink granite floor tiles once more! "Gah...! That... was fuckin' sick and WRONG!!" She shouted, turning to the snake creatures with her fangs bared!

The pair of Guardian Siblings managed to dwindle the mightier second wave, both were unsure just how many they cut down, but they weren't about to stop and find out!

"Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh!!"

Yasmin roared as she launched herself back into the melee! Her swinging arms and legs slinging slime and blood as she whipped her brazen body around, tearing through the ebony and green scaled beasts without end! She kicked one with her right paw before using her right knee to hook around another serpent's neck; flexing her leg and twisting with her hip she snapped the creature's neck before launching off his body and drove her right hand's laser claws through another Lamian's body! Five, deep trenches travelled down from its crown to the waist where the snake body began, oozing dark blood where the lasers hadn't cauterized the wounds quickly! She pulled away from that beast and launched her self into the next, blocking its strike with its tail before performing a fan kick with her left paw to its chin! It flew high but she didn't watch where they landed as she swung her left claws into a creature flanking her left with a simple back hand motion which slashed its face and neck to ribbons! She grappled the waist of another soon after, swinging her body around to its back where she drove her claws into the creature's armpits! The beams tore through ribs, lungs, the beasts heart before she kicked off its back and rolled down the length of its snake body!

She found herself in a ring of the creatures now, sweat, saliva and Lamian blood rolled down her curvaceous and athletic body! The woman huffed and puffed, her sharp, golden gaze turning to the next opponent, one hand up, the other down, all ten of her laser claws activated and illuminating her shiny tanned flesh as her chest bobbled and fell with her heavy breaths. She was prepared to die for Nadia, the Living Goddess in the eyes of Black Anubis, both sisters were! The nekomimi bore her fangs and readied herself for more bloodshed!

"Who wants to die next?!"

Bellowed the Nekomimi, her scream radiating around her glistening body, bouncing off the walls and into the very scales of her enemy! She was going to drop every last one of them, her body screaming for more!

While her Guardians fought for her safety and bought her time to dress herself, Nadia moved as swiftly as she could while taking in her Guardian's words with a heavy heart. She wanted to stay and fight, but glancing over with her big turquois eyes, the sheer number assaulting her chamber, her guardians! Is it like this everywhere? Such a revelation did not set well with Nadia, but she couldn't tarry while her guardians fought viciously and valiantly for her sake! Pulling her eyes from the carnage, the young Nekomimi clapped her cheeks and quickly began to clothe herself!

The woman slipped on her bracer and vambrace then her thigh high and sandals, all the while her smooth, tanned and naked body jiggled about! She gasped a few times, huddling behind her dresser when bullets flew over her head, or when a spear or a flying scaly limb was flung her way! She reached atop the dresser for her top and bottom, quickly wrapping her looping high-leg g-string, tightening the cloth with the dwarven alloy clasp now pressing against her left hip! "Almost ready!" She shouted back, as a beast's head slammed into the dresser! "AHHCKH!" she ducked, shivering! Bastet get me through this please!! She mentally shrieked, before she began to wrap her huge breasts behind the thin silk top! She tightens the loop around her neck, making sure her mother's Garnet brooch was affixed to her collar before adjusting 'the girls' behind the tight top, giving them a generous 'bounce' whilst doing so!

Nadia took a moment to breathe as she felt Yasmin's war cry shake her bones! ...you got this. She gulped, shooting up from her hiding spot and waltzed over to her Switch Glaive beside her vanity where her headdress was stored in a box. While the chaos continued to the far left of her, Nadia lifts the box and pulls out the beautifully crafted crown; the very one once worn by Bastet herself or so tradition stated. She slipped on her ancestor's crown, and then grabbed the Switch Glaive...

The serpents surrounded the Pharaoh's sweat drenched Guardians who were now at each other's sides. The creature's were smart, some were armed, and more importantly outnumbered the fierce Guardians Nazari...

Bellowed a divine, ear pounding tone! The halls shook as the ceiling seemed to become an open night sky! The stars and galaxies of the cosmos visible to all as the beasts gawked up in confusion and curiosity..!



Just as it seemed like the pair would be overwhelmed, the celestial bodies above them began to shift and move! The stars began to rain down upon the beasts, bright balls of pure energy showering the monsters surrounding Nadia's cousins! The beast's began to shriek and hiss in agony as their bodies began to burn and melt to the exposure of the raining orbs of light! All the while the Nazari sisters were unharmed, and turned to face their approaching God Queen:



The woman's Switch Glaive had shifted into its War Scythe form, the gleaming double edged crescent blade glowing with divine energy. The young Nekomimi God-Queen smiled at her subjects, eyes glowing bright blue as she continued to rain celestial fire upon the remaining wave of serpents till there were nothing but charred corpses!

"Yaz... are you certain we cannot take back my city?" she purred, standing before her panting Guardians, finally giving them a chance to breathe!

"...." Anu sighed heavily, smoke rolling out from the barrels of her auto magnums, in which she ejected the magazines silently, reloading them while she let her elder sister do the talking. She wasn't yet comfortable to speak to her young, Godly cousin in the similar, familial manner that Yasmin could. So she remained quiet and reloaded her firearms and recalled them back into the void like before. "More will come if we stick around here." Anu offered, walking past the smoking remains of the serpents surrounding them, up to the big Lamian who still had her Gun Glaive embedded into its now charred and featureless neck and head. She put a foot on the thick, scaly body and withdrew the heavy blade from its shoulders before swinging what gore and ash that stained the blade across the floor and wall. She walked over to one of the ornamental spears mounted onto the wall, and turned to Yaz. "Sister, a modification is necessary!" She called out to her, tossing the weapon in a safe manner in Yasmin's direction.

The slimy bitch has already devoured several of our comrades and high ranking officers!" She states, gripping her fists tightly. She had seen her carry off Silver in her bosom... and then she vanished. Silver was a good friend, even though she despised Abby who liked to hang around them both. Then again... Abby liked to hang with everyone with a nice body.

Yaz turned and grabbed the shaft of the spear and looked between it and her younger half sibling, before nodding. "How long?" She asked, producing her claws in the opposite hand.

"Just a grip's length above the pommel will be fine." Anu answered as she altered the setting of her Gun Glaive, with the dial above the lever like trigger mechanism. It had a couple of functions, such as opening the breech of the gun mechanism built into the shaft, as well as switching the firing 'mode' of the weapon, allowing her to make use of other munitions. She began to rummage through the charred bodies of the lamian troops, one still alive crawling away from her. Swiftly, she grabbed the nearby blade and drove it through the back of its skull before withdrawing it. Inspecting the familiar blade, she realized it was another one of Black Anubis' treasures:



"Fitting..." she snarked, since it was the Serpent Blade; one of Bastet's blades of legend she had used to slay 9000 Apophi! She turned to her sister and waved the blade. "Trade ya." Anu states, before tossing it to her sister.

The younger Nekomimi gripped the shaft of her scythe, wanting to use it as a crutch to support the heavy weight of the situation, and not just her lazy and curvaceous body. She felt her heart sinking again and her ears and snaking tail drooped. ...What kind of God-Queen would I be to simply abandon my flock? I'd be no different than the War Gods themselves, who dare not interfere with mortal affairs since Rufus-Alexander Tenik sealed them in his ring centuries ago! She thought solemnly, shaking in place. She wasn't alive during the previous calamity, and her mother didn't give her much guidance into such things before she ultimately passed away while travelling with her Uncle Balthus.

"...but if we leave, Black Anubis will be finished!" She spat with watery eyes, gripping the shaft of the scythe even tighter now, making her knuckles white! She rattled like a leaf, feeling tears roll down her cheeks. "I... I don't want to disappoint...!" The Neko sobbed.

The younger Nekomimi gripped the shaft of her scythe, wanting to use it as a crutch to support the heavy weight of the situation, and not just her lazy and curvaceous body. She comforted with a reassuring smile.

Anu grabbed the modified spear from her sister, "Appreciated," before she stuffed the newly modified end down the length of the barrel, being careful not to jab her hand with the sliver of Domescan Blackened Steel. Once fully rammed in, with some minor effort thanks to the Gun Glaive's rifling, Anu leaned the shaft of the Glaive on her shoulder and turned to the pair. "...regardless of your answer, know that I always have your back, my Lady." With that statement out of the way, the 5'11 Jackal-Kin stepped out into the hall.

"I'll check the corridor for any more hostiles." She added as she headed into the Palace's corridor, her wide hips sashaying with a seductive gait as she made herself useful. She wasn't great with her words, and admittedly felt jealous of her elder half-sister's easy approach nature to people. She couldn't say anything inspirational to save her life, and its why she hid behind this mask so no one had to see her flustered look or dismay when she wanted to say something with actual meaning. I'll never understand speech craft... Bastet above I feel like an uneducated boar at times! Anu mulled over these personal lamentations as she scanned each end of the corridor for hostiles; knowing with some optimism that she was at least decent at slaying her Pharaoh's enemies.
