The room of two deceased T.I.R.S. Agents. One Elliot Sanchez was shot in the head and tossed himself out one of the top floors of the Four Ace Hotel with an enemy in hand before falling to his death. Xavier Cromswell, another member of the Red 5ive was shot to death by Nora Fallensky's DarkSEED soldiers during her rise to power onto the air ship when Rufus was deemed no longer necessary. The room is hardly accessible at all.
