Twin-Tail Presidential Helicopter

Rufus Tenik used to own a medium sized executive class Helicopter that had two rear rotary tails in the back, and two propellers on wings in the front. The Helicopter was 'Speedy' since Rufus detested being on Galiavan's soil longer than six hours. The vehicle had a heavy plated armor, and bullet resistant glass. The helicopter was also outfitted with a mini-mako reactor within that would allow additional power coarse through the vehicle-and also enable it's "hover" features that didn't require the use of the propellers.
