Riki Gnelxe, the Royal Goblin Representative, was walking the pair of Mules loaded with treasure along a branch of the Forerunner's path. "We are making headway, yes. Along now, come!" She says to her mules, and was more refined and well spoken given her role as a mediator mostly. She was originally needed elsewhere, but given the severity of tensions rising elsewhere, was redirected for this job instead. She would have liked an official Goblin escort, it would have made things a bit teensy weensy easier for her... but alas, thems the breaks.
