St. Micheals Cathedral Road
In the area of the 'Harbor Town', on the southern most part of Ithteca opposite of the 'Miner Village'. This area is near the harbor enterance into Ithteca, and doesnt only smell like the sea over here-it is also where some shady deals can be made due to the frequent traffic in and out of this region due to the harbor. Originally called Serpant Street, it was renamed by the city council to St. Micheals Cathedrial Road; it just sounded much nicer that way.

St. Micheals Cathedral/School of Exorcisim
St. Micheals Cathedral has been standing for nearly a century, and has just recently become a School for aspiring Demon Slayers and Exorcists for the Cathedral. Though similar practices like the Monks and Priestess' of Beijio, this sect of a religious order use different traditions and lore. This Cathedral is also the HQ of 'The Sanguine Shroud', the Warrior Priesthood who fight for the Cathedral and who's members are sometimes drafted from the School.

The 'Underworld'
A 'hidden' district of Ithteca not shown on the 'tour of the capitol', but accessible via the Ithteca City Square via a underpass in the market area. The tunnel leads into the original mine that garnered the city's wealth. Now empty of resources, its span of tunnels and claustrophobic network of passageways have been repurposed to house the destitute as well as keep the city above a little more 'cleaner looking'. Out of sight, out of mind. The 'Underworld' District houses all sorts of criminal riff raff, but some locals have made safe zones within these perilous winding passages.

Château de Ravencroft
Château de Ravencroft, 'Ravencroft Castle' it has many names that all mean the same. It was the lair of House Ravencroft for many centuries, partly built off the ruins of an older castle. When it sank into a cavern due to instability from local miners, it was painstakingly rebuilt in its new location. However, during the construction of Ithteca, the cavern collapsed once again, and buried much of the castle in the 'Underground' district. The vampire, Lord Drako Ravencroft, Head of the Ravencroft House opted to instead build a Manor on a desolate jungle island in the northern hemisphere, and left the crumbling ruin to his nephew, Damien M. Ravencroft. Damien has repaired in the centuries since, and though one wouldn't quite call it 'inviting' its beauty and former opulence are still visible.

The Under Ground mines of Ithteca..
The city of Ithteca is a mining city, and underneath the city are mines that hold rare Ithteca steel, a substance sometimes used in making strong Scardian weaponry. The miners risk alot for just a handfull of steel, including drowning since the city mine has been left uncared for many years, which lead to the leaking of the upper Ithteca Bay into the main mines containing this never rusting natural metal.

chain of high mountains that boarder's Ithteca and decends into Jemial City. With rocky cliffs, and forested areas spanning the mountainside; in some areas there will be snow-while other's it will be normal 70 degree temperature. A path leading into Jemial is located here-with the Suspension bridge that connects to the city of Ithteca-you'd be also crossing Guardian's Gorge.

Jemial City
A former mining community, and once known colloquially as 'Roughland City', this unpaved, run down community has a simple 'U' shaped street with all of the proper businesses lined up nicely, and is the checkpoint before one takes the path into the Ithteca mountain chain. Amaine Forest
Sometimes written as the 'Amain forest', the Amaine is also referred to as 'The Jungle closest to hell' and the 'Woods of Disarray'. The insectile race which was simply called the 'Amain Head Hunters' used to roam these woods but have long since died out of existence. It lurks around the Asrond Ruins, and has a series of streams, rivers and a small lake and a series of marshes and ponds within its thick green and gnarly brush. Travelers passing through beware, for the Forerunner's path isn't as maintained as it used to be due to the destruction of Asrond; causing the former trade route to be barely noticeable by the ever growing green brush. This can cause said travelers to 'get lost' rather quickly in these mystical and eerie woods. (OOC: HOW THE HELL DID I FORGET AMAIN WHEN I MADE THIS SITE SO MANY F'ING YEARS AGO?!!)

The Free Cities of Hidalgo
A decent stretch of the Gailden Wasteland, specifically the Central Gailden stretch, is home to a series of small cities and villages under the banner of the 'Free Cities of Hidalgo', where the Moccah, the native people of Gailden, reside. They were once enslaved by Iberian Colonists and Conquistadors in the 1400s, but gained their independence after nearly two centuries of being under the Iberian thumb. All the colonies formerly under the Iberian Conquerors were freed and the Moccah civilization took over what was built, evolving to a mix of Iberian and Moccahan culture. Given the harshness of the Gailden Wasteland, only certain crops thrive. Galideno and Iber Cacti, Moccahian Peppers, Moccahan Agave, Moccahian Coffee Beans and Cocoa also are grown and refined here. The popular mixed coffee and hot chocolate drink 'Moca' also originates from this confederation of villages. The Free Cities themselves do not have an organized army, but they have a militia typically formed of adventurers, mercenaries and often times Gunslingers hired from the Gunslinger Association. Ranches, with cattle or horses also give many of these villages a flow of commerce. Be weary however, as most villages have hiked up the price of basic commodities like water to the tired and dehydrated adventurer who underestimates the dry climate of the Gailden Wastes.

Hidalgo
The Capital Citystate of the Free Cities of Hidalgo. A thriving port town that opens to the Scardian Ocean, and the one time port city of 'New Iberia' till the oppressed Mocca Tribes kicked the Iberian Conquistadors out of their land in a bloody revolution. The city, though at a glance unimpressive compared to places like Ithteca, Beijio or even Danton City, is still a thriving town steeped in natural beauty and a mix of Iberian and Moccahian culture.

Lobos
A village further inland and close to Jemial City. A town centered around a fortress once used by the Iberian Conquistadors before the Moccahian people overthrew them. Santa Cabeza
Another port city formerly of the Iberian Empire. Further up the coast from Hidalgo, on the coastline leading up to the Ithteca Mountain Chain, this village is another port of entry to Gailden other than Ithteca's Elevator Harbor, Hidalgo, Hara Fishing Village, and Beijio Harbor to name a few. Its a fishing community these days, and provider of supplies to Jemial City 50 miles south of Santa Cabeza.

SOL
The Village of SOL is a relatively new settlement to join the Free Cities of Hidalgo. The village gets its name not for the Iberian name for 'Sun' instead, an acronym made by the founders of the village looking for precious metals. Rocky Valley
A small village near the rocky Guardian Mountains. Nothing really to note of this small, desert town other than 'Rocky' the eponymous name of the village taken from its only watering hole. The village grew around this watering hole over time.It was managed by a Dwarf for a time, who tried to evoke the 'Spirits of Rolan', but never profited from the venture. An unknown individual later picked it up instead, offering drinks to wandering adventurers, Gunslingers, bandits, and anyone else unfortunate enough to end up in this part of the arid Gailden Wastes. The Dwarf's unique pumps and technology draws up spring water found deep in the earth, providing the bar in the middle of nowhere an unlimited supply of fresh, clean water that is perfect to sate the thirst on its own or to water down imported beer with little notice...

Hamlet of Voshnir
A small... odd town that is located somewhere between Danton City and Jemial City; located near the edge of the Galideno Desert. Its inhabitants are odd, xenophobic folk and they don't take well to outsiders. The Gunslinger, Leland McKelly, in 2639 discovered the city had been under the influence of a demonic parasite that came from the town's contaminated and tainted water supply which gave off an eerie, purple color and strong odor. Leland cleared out the inhabitants of the town alongside Barduwulf Garamonde, and Izuna Kurogasa. The town was supposedly taken over by the Gunslinger Association afterwards, who investigated its mysterious contagion before Tenik rolled in. However, it seems this ghost town has gotten a second wind... "== TILE TWINKLE!!!" *Chainsaw sounds*

Costa Dos Lunas
A final port city in the Hidalgo Free Cities confederation. Located on the Dos Lunas river that spills into the Scardian Ocean on the southern side of the Guardian Mountain Chain further south and in the low elevation of desert valley that makes up this lonely settlement that is the farthest from the others in the Free Cities. A small, former Iberian trading port that would have lead into the Gailden Prairies before the destruction of Galideno City of which it narrowly survived from. Hugging the canyon walls of Ithteca's Guardian Mountains to its north, and the former time altering cursed desert to its south, Costa Dos Lunas stands as a timeless survivor and its 'between a rock and a hard place' mentality that's been in place since 2289.

Alucphia, The Lamia City of the Deep
This city is only accessible via routes known only to the Desert Lamia Tribes, usually only achieved via burrowing through the sand. Outsiders from other species can only gain entry to this sanctuary via well hidden and guarded caves and tunnels. Incredibly well defended, any invading force attempting to gain entrance will find the guardians of this city more than capable, as they can collapse the tunnels on any intruder, spring ambushes from any angle at any point, at any time. The city itself sits on a convergence of magical leylines that form arteries of the planets lifestream. This font of power is rigorously defended, and access to anybody bar the shaman and exceptional magical adepts of the tribes is forbidden on penalty of death. An underground spring of pure water is also found in abundance here, and much of the city floats upon it's glassy surface. The palace seems to resemble ancient Elvish in architectural design and is used to house all the tribal and clan heads during their stays within the city, but also the home and residence of the current monarch of the desert Lamia tribes. Currently The Desert Golden Cobra, High Queen Orphia, sits the pearl throne of the Desert Lamia.

The Sealed Shrine
The Sealed Shrine is a powerful sacred place, and a link to the Nexus of the lifestream. Those who enter the shrine and unseal the central alter are tested by the Lifestream itself, and shown their potential futures, and the nature and potential of their power. However, those unable to handle either the wisdom of their own potential futures, or the power revealed within themselves will be driven insane by the knowledge, or destroyed by their own power. It is considered one of the ultimate tests of the clan.

Goukudo Region
Connected to the Beijionese Mountains, a long valley that stretches out from beyond the Beijio Empire's influence to the south, into the semi-independent Goukudo Region. Goukudo people are mostly self governing but are protected by Reledor's Matriarchy who helps defend their trade routes to Beijio. The region is temperate, hilly, with rivers and lush woodlands spreading further south into the Reledor Peaks and the Spire Valley.

Goukudo Rift
A passage via a sprawling canyon that connects the Goukudo Valley with the arid Deadlands. A shallow river flows through the rift, which flows high and rapid during the wet seasons, making travel through it impossible save the most capable of individuals, or lizard folk...

Koboldia: The Reptoid Empires
Koboldia, or Kobold, is a massive network of villages and city states controlled by Queen Lilith and King Drakus, two 'unified' factions of lizardfolk and reptoids who occupy these sprawling underground, cavernside and sinkhole laden villages for the lizard folk and reptoids. Due to centuries of unrest, there's even room for outsiders to make a third or fourth faction...

The House of Ivoria
Off the beaten path within the center of Koboldia, a polished granite walkway illuminated by crystal leads to an ivory palace trimmed in gold. This is the House of Ivoria, the faction led by Queen Lilith, the Royal Alabaster Cobra-woman. Lilith wishes to make Koboldia wealthier, and though she does tolerate mortals and humanoids, she wishes Koboldia to be its own governing entity, and is willing to use wealth to expand Koboldia.

Southern Ice Caps: The Dead Lands
Beyond Gaildeno Desert, Amaine, and Beijio... furthest south one can get are the 'Dead lands'. Unlike the hearty Izhevesk who managed to brave the North Ice Caps, the south ice caps have only been charted, and are mostly avoided. The biting cold air is enough to turn one's sweat into pure ice.
The Beijio Desert crawls into the Dead Lands, becoming the Ice Sands, where Gailden Ice Sand is collected in ore chunks, the sand a noticeable blue in hue in this region. The edge of the civilized world for most travelers is Spire Valley and the Crown City of Reledor at the edge of the boarder of the Ice Sands and the Beijio Mountain Chain; both city states of the Goukudo Coven Matriarchy.
There is little foliage beyond the Amaine, and the seas around the south caps have become frozen and too dangerous to traverse...

Spire Valley
Spire Valley lies in the shadow of the Crown City of Reledor, which lies atop Mount Reledor. It is called such for the number of spires throughout the valley leading down to Lake Crestmane and the Frosted Alpines. Each spire is a small village without a name, as the minor lords of each spire collectively call the region 'the Spire Valley'. Each minor Lord is in charge to light the beacons atop each spire in the event of invasion or oncoming strife in days of old.
There are at least twenty villages leading up to the Crown City. The Warren Slope is also located in this area, a popular vacationing spot for skiers and snowboarders.
Fort Valwynn, a guardhouse located on the incline of Mount Reledor and where the Great Valwynn Falls spill into Lake Crestmane is an active fortification which is in charge of protecting the Valley and act as vanguard for the Crown City.

Frosted Alpines
The Amaine gives way to the Frosted Alpines the further south you go, before you come to snowfields as far as the eye can see. The Frosted Alpines cover much of the lower west section of Gailden and then sweep around to the northwest into the Goukudo Region and the Beijionese Mountains. The natural forest edge is a loose boarder marking where the Dead Lands begin...
The Frosted Alpines also lead right to Lake Crestmane, which is at the base of Mount Reledor and the multiple settlements of Spire Valley.

Lake Crestmane
A placid lake located at the bottom of Spire Valley, in which the Goukudo Falls in the Beijionese Mountains and Valwynn Falls spill into. It is said Lake Crestmane gets its name from a massive dragon who was felled in the area. Upon crashing down into the permafrost, the creature's steaming hot body melted and carved out the valley and lake bed. However, such claims are unable to be easily substantiated due to a lack of evidence. However, on some of the tiny islands in the center of the lake are structures; ruins of the Old Kingdom that had fallen into millennia of ruin and have since been submerged into the icy depths of the lake.

Warren Slope
A wide and winding slope on the westernmost ridge of Mount Reledor. The slope in times past was one of the few natural defenses of the people of Reledor with which only the gondolas at Lovegrove Station leading up the mountain would allow one to easily bypass the deep snow and slippery slopes. In the present, its a tourist attraction for skiing and snowboarding. The slope is still treacherous to the uninitiated, and going down its winding hills is not for the faint of heart.

Fort Valwynn & the Great Valwynn Falls
A fortification of the Royal Vanguard of Reledor, which overlook and protect Spire Valley while also controlling the flow of the Great Valwynn Falls that spill into Lake Crestmane. The fortification has been there since the foundation of the Crown City, and is a vital fortress and the Matriarchy's first line of defense. It is said one method of grand punishment in Reledor is to shackle the punished to a vessel in the Sending Canal in the City above, letting the accused drift aimlessly down the canal, into the chute that would swiftly bring them to the mouth of the Valwynn Falls where they'd plunge several hundred feet into the Lake below...

Heart of the Goukudo Coven Matriarchy: the Crown City of Reledor
Set atop Mount Reledor which overlooks a great glacier to the south, Spire Valley and the Beijio Mountains to the North. It is the capital city of the Goukudo Coven Matriarchy, a small empire at the southern edge of the Beijio Empire and set on the border of the Southern Ice Caps.
The Matriarchy is made up of Queen Marika Ravamaer, Queen Faye Lovegrove, and the Immortal Queen Alea Valwynn.
The Goukudo Coven for which the Matriarchy get its name, were a group formed in the year 1000 made of Beijionese, Beijionese Sea Elves, Non-Beijionese, Forerunner and outcast Witches and Warlocks to survive a mass exodus from Eastern Gailden and The Dragon Emperor Benzi's domain. To ensure the coven's success, three leaders were chosen among the settlers who lead the construction of fortifications of the Spire Valley and made a fortified city atop Mount Reledor, named after Reledor Valwynn, a High Elf prince who had survived 'The Fall of Yggdrasil' and married a sea elf slave to whom he gave the name, Alea.
Supposedly, after a fight with a ferocious dragon, King Reledor was slain, leaving Alea to pick up the pieces with the other two leaders. In the years that followed, subterfuge and rivalry ensnared the three leaders, leading to the death of the other two rulers. However, to maintain the delicate balance of the Coven, Alea elected women from the House of Ravamaer and Lovegrove to the station of co-ruler, and thus the Matriarchy was born.
Since then, Alea has maintained something of a balance, but the rivalry remains between the three rulers; each house playing against the other whilst maintaining the presence of cooperation amidst this triad.

The Triumvirate: The Palace of the Three
The Triumvirate is the massive castle at the center of Reledor's government, and is notably where the three Queens of the country make court with the Merchant, Farming and Military Guilds alongside the Nobles of the Goukudo region and the 20 Lords of Spire Valley of who make up its Court. The Throne Room looks like the interior of a Hazorian Church, with balconies on both sides of the long room which seat the Nobles and Lords, while the main floor holds three rows of pews that seat each of the three guilds, while lastly, presiding over the court, are three thrones elevated before a podium. The left and right seats are set slightly lower than the one in the center, usually reserved for Queen Alea Valwynn. It is to be noted, the palace does not actually house the Queens nor their families, save during times of strife in which the three have equal and standardized accomodations.

The Crimson Palace
A large, imposing structure obscured by constant blizzards in the Southern Ice Caps. It hovers above a deep crater where icy water flows to form a pitch black lake beneath the castle. The palace itself seems to be made of some sort of crystal or ice... ice stained thick with the blood of mortals. It was the palace of the Vampire Queen, Carmilla of House Carmilla till she was slain by her daughter, Reiri Kamura in 2639. It seems to have fallen into disrepair since...
