Librarian Crypt: Basement 5, City 'Records' Office

Deep down in the large mountain that Ithteca city sat upon and made it self home, carved deep under the City Hall was the 'Department of Records', a great library that looked like an eerie crypt than an institution of learning alongside being a vault of protected files and of histories never spoken between lips. The 'Master' of this realm, was Director of the Records Department, a tall and voluptuously endowed woman with unruly raven black hair and a betraying smile that made her beauty seem like the pedals of a rose; a rose with very sharp, and very big, poisonous thorns.



Her name is Phoebe Hallowcrest, and she works and lives within this crypt like library under candlelight, toiling hard every and each day to categorize and shelve new and old information alike. She is the only creature that usually stirs in these depths, and there is only one way out- the lift that takes one up to the ground floor lobby in City Hall, one marked "Department of Records" on the sliding doors.
