Xander’s Cage

Now despite what you would think Xander Hexadic set off straight for the moons in outer space.  He got about half way before deciding…

His army…

Was completely worthless.

“If those are the best that dragon guy could scrounge up, it’s no wonder he’s been dragging the dead back to life.”

He growled as he stood up off the bed inside the spaceship and decided to give the army of peons a good long look.  And maybe find something worth keeping out of the bunch.  Giving his Bone Throne and his Jackel-lin the once over as he passed out of the captain’s cabin.

His forces were a mix of this and that.  Pretty much anything and everything that could be slurped together out in the middle of nowhere.  And yet to his trained eye for soldiers and warriors, these were worse than the dregs of a Scardian septic tank.  His grandmother might have chosen them, the old bitch might have even gotten them to be useful somehow, she had a way with people like that.  But Xander didn’t have her knack for finding the diamonds in the ruff, his lie in ordering executions and more to the point, necromancy.

In fact he was determined to raise up his favorite play toy, before proceeding to the moons, so he had the ship change course in hopes of retrieving it.  It had been a few hundred years or so if he had gathered his bearings accurately enough.  But there was no doubt it would be waiting for him, desecration of a corpse was still taboo in his day and age.  Chances were that it would be intact if he could just find it.

What were the odds he thought, as he directed the insectoid spaceship’s course toward it’s first destination.  What were the odds that his favorite corpse would still be there reburied after his death perhaps, or had he left it entombed.  It was a detail he couldn’t recall, like many of the things from his last life before it was choked short by the old cunt.

The ship came to a stop several hundred feet above his destination.  He viewed it from the cargo bay of the ship, looking out the open hatch down onto the remains of the Tenik Family Estate in Asrond.  It was here he would find his play toy, if it were to be found anywhere.
But by the Wargods what had befallen the place, overgrown by the forest around it, destroyed and decayed and overrun with the wilds.

The surroundings area of Asrond were just as bleak, destroyed ruins of the city and landscape, overgrown as much as barren from some great devastation.  His eyes took it all in with a certain grim satisfaction and perhaps a twinge of remorse.

“You come here”

Grabbing up the nearest warrior, he shoved him straight out of the cargo bay into the open air below the ship.  The large demon managed to turn around and catch the lip of the ship’s open bay door.

“Good, now hold on real tight.”

Xander scoffed as he ripped a single bone clean out of the demon’s body and impaled him with it, before skinning the corpse leaving only the bones clinging to the ship in a crude fashion.  He grabbed the next closest fool and repeated the process again and again, making each new piece of trash climb down the corpse before it.  Slowly yet satisfyingly making a crude staircase from the ship to the ground just beside the old Tenik home.  He walked down the magnificent spiraling stairwell of bones when he finished making use of the  first batch of worthless foot soldiers he had been saddled with.  A means to an end he thought as he set foot upon the ground.  The ground where he hoped to find his favorite play toy buried for all of eternity.  He laughed his hyena barking laugh, and looked around to try and find his bearings.

He was making his way around the estate on foot making his body of corpse fodder clear the lands with their worthless muscles and bones.  Especially their bones.  A few of the bigger demons and a giant or two were at least good for that much he conceded, rather than killing them for tools, he made use of a few smaller trolls, for their bones, to make reaping tools to clear the overgrowth and trees in his way.

It was slow going tearing up the overgrown mess which blocked his way.  But it would be worth the hassle in the end if his favorite was buried here where it should be entombed.  Afterall the Tenik Family was nothing if not consistent in his days with their practices and ways.

So it was highly likely that they would continue with certain family traditions in this day and age assuming they hadn’t strayed too far from their ancestry.  He was counting on it.  He was counting on their family crypt and graveyard to be intact, and well it was more or less give or take some trees and a hell of a lot of weeds and moss and other reclaiming efforts of the forest.  It really was slow work, so he leaned against the Tenik Family home to wait and watch as the forest was sheared down and pushed back away from the grounds where the crypt and graveyard once sat undisturbed by nature.

It gave him time to reflect, time to consider what this place was to him, a place that disgusted him more than his evil bitch of a grandmother.   Once upon a time he was just a simple graveyard attendant, the keeper of a small village graveyard.  The place where he first learned his calling, as a necromancer.  A small remote village where the dead and he bonded with one another in a way learning of each other for the first time.

But this place, he hated it more than anything but his grandmother.   It was a reminder of what he wasn’t allowed to have, what he would never have been allowed to have in his past life.  Things he was denied and refused point blank.  Things he would have killed for, things he did kill for!

And finally there it was the crypt of the Tenik Family, one of the smaller less known buildings on the grounds of the estate.  Erected for the entombing of certain members of the family, if anywhere, this is where he would find his favorite play toy.  They would have buried it here, back where it belonged according to their way of thinking. In his mind his toy should have been buried with him, only he wasn’t too sure his wicked grandmother would have allowed it to be with him, or for that matter allowed him a decent burial at all.

It hardly mattered as he stood before the overgrown crypt where he would find his play toy and maybe a few of those other cursed Tenik’s corpses to play with.  He grinned as he thought about it.

This was revenge of a different sort he supposed.  And maybe if he was lucky he would also find… no best not to think about that, it would be too good luck, and his wasn’t exactly running in that vein these days, not with being brought back from the dead and all by some cosmic freak.

“Rip the damn thing open if you have to!”

He scowled at the almost delicate way the giants were trying to use their troll bone tools to pry open the tomb.  Sacrilege bah, he shoved his way past the giants and grabbed the nearest one's arm dragging him down to his face.

“Like this!”

Sliding his free hand around the giant's large neck he twisted snapping it clean at the bone, of course he did make the bones twist with his ability but, no one needs to know he cheated to break the giant's neck.  Right before he pulled the head free and threw it at the next closest one.

“Get it, now rip those damn doors off their ruined hinges, we haven’t got all day!”

With that little bit of motivation the giants got real creative real quick and removed the crypts doors from their hinges and Xander walked inside leaving behind his escort of simpletons and idiots.

This would best be done quickier alone and without interruption by the fools he was slowly ridding himself of.  He walked through the crypt until he found it, the place where they buried his favorite toy.

He could see the crystal clear coffin as he approached the statue, he could see it clearly as he moved closer and closer.  They would have used crystal coffins; the arrogant bastards of the Tenik Family; for their precious dead.

He growled in disgust as he came closer still to the one he sought beneath the statue.

The Tenik Family Graveyard Funeral%2Bcasket%2Blighting

It was just about time, the right moment.  The time to work his magic literally as well as figuratively to bring back life to this corpse.  But maybe just maybe if he was actually lucky, they would have…. His thoughts trailed off as he inspected the corpse inside the crystal coffin.  Gently touching the lid almost caressing it, as his fingers trailed across the glasslike surface of the crystal.

“Soon, you will be out of that cage.  It won’t be long now, but did they give you the honors and rites you deserved?  Were you entombed with… yes I can see it.  Just barely but I can see their weak spellcraft, the traces of it they placed all around your coffin.  Such crude work those pitiable Drow Spiritualists do, trapping spirits in such a way as to allow them to return to defend their bodies and tombs but limiting them to the short term.  It was almost like a punishment if you thought about it long enough.

“Half assed Drow Spiritualists Necromancy.  Not that they would call what they’ve done to you Necromancy little s…

No they would never say it was Necromancy that they do to protect their dead.  That would be unthinkable.  Hmp, well I have no shame in calling it what it is, and now I’m going to fix their shitty work.  Let us see, first we disturb the coffin violently so as to invoke the first  phase of their shitty spellcraft.  Re-envokement of the spirit.”

Without much care for the crystal coffin, he lifts his foot and kicks the lid clean off the coffin.  Which flips up on it’s hinge breaking free with the force and unrestrained speed of its opening.  The lid slams into the feet of the statue as the Elvish Runes and spellcraft begin to glow in a husky sort of amber color misting off of the surfaces of the coffin and surrounding area.

It took only a moment for the magic to work, that much he could admit was skillful.  Though the spellcraft was in his opinion garbage beneath his use, the spellcraft did do what it was meant to with some considerable speed.  After all, what good is a protection spell that is too slow to be effective?

The spirit of the corpse came from what would seem nowhere, to the untrained eye.  But not to Xander Hexadic, his eyes knew where to look, and what to look for.  A faint mist lighter than the darkness in which the body was enwrapped shimmered as it lifted off of the dead body.  Clear and yet slowly it absorbed the spellcraf’s lingering powers breathing temporary life into the spirit of the dead.  It could be any color really, mostly it depended on the spellcrafter’s own auras and energies to be frank and honest.  This one wasn’t very powerful, but then again it needn’t be powerful to return a powerful spirit to the world of the living.  Just one more reason Xander considered what the Drow Spiritualists did with disdain and disgust.

“Now there is a sight to stir the soul, and I mean that less literally than it appears…

Step two, Barrier Spellcraft activation.  Yes there they go, slowly twining their ways around the room, slowly ever so slowly.  Stupid Drow should have set those first and used less aura in them.  More does not necessarily make for better spellcraft.  Pathetic!”

He scoffs again as he slides his hand on the keen edge of his sword's blade dripping blood upon the ground smearing it across apparently nothing at all at his feet on the ground.  After a few more moments there is a blazing spark as the auras of the barrier spell run into the fresh blood smeared atop the path of the unseen spellwork.

“Shitty work, they don’t even have an embedded layer to prevent the easiest of countermeasures.  Calling them third rate would be a dishonor and insult to beginners everywhere.  Ugh, now then with the barrier disabled and the Spirit getting restless, I should have about two maybe three more minutes before she stirs and gains the awareness of being disturbed.

That’ll trigger the third phase of the spellcraft, A Moment of Clarity, when the spirit becomes fully aware of itself and it’s enforced purpose after death.

Not that it is forced to act per say, but it is strongly compelled to defend it’s tomb.  But memories will flood back in if it doesn’t have a chance to act quickly.  Which is where the skillful can overcome these hack spells with a deft hand.”

Still dripping blood he begins his own rune work upon the tender flesh of the corpse before it can begin to stir properly.  Drawing Runes in his own blood upon the dead woman’s body as quick as thought with ease and a deft practiced hand.  As though he had done this very thing a million times before.  And maybe he had.  After all, Necromancy was his life from an early age in a graveyard much different from this fancy and rich ruin.

Blood spurts into the air as his hand flies back, upward and away from the corpse, his task done just as the spirit pulled free of the body which it was bound to.  But he was feeling a little rusty at the Rune work; he should have done it quicker than that.  At the very least he should have finished before the spirit lashed out reflexively.

“Now to wait as the spirit finds itself trapped to a mere few feet from its body.  Do you know who you were yet?”

“Ggghhh”

“No, that’s ok I have the time to wait, it will come to you soon enough.  Don’t bother struggling, you can’t go more than a few feet from your body.”

He set about dripping more of his blood around the room back across the Barrier spell runes intricately lacing an entirely new set of Runes above them crisscrossing and smearing the old into non-existence well working out a spell of his own.  One that did in essence the very same thing only on an entirely different level with a much different function.

The Barrier spell was designed to trap the ones who disturbed the tomb within a certain range.  While the one he wrote over the top of it did something much more ingenious.  Not inverting the spellwork so to speak, rewriting it, transferring what was left of the spell's power after he interrupted it, ruining it and reweaving it into his own spellwork creating a different sort of barrier.  One to bind a spirit back into its flesh. Xander's Cage

“Now back into your body Alexilia Tenik, you are mine once again, and nothing will take my most precious toy from me ever again.

Rise and come back to me, all will be as it was in time.”

She stood, memory slowly filling into her near hollow mind, in like fashion to her spirit refilling her empty shell of a corpse, body and spirit becoming one once again.  Standing naked she looked upon Xander Hexadic recognition lighting her eyes, though she could not speak if she had tried.  Her mouth and tongue had begun to rot away, but that didn’t stop her eyes from speaking volumes to him as he beckoned her to follow him in death as she had in life.  Xander returned to the ship pulling free of the death grip of his stairway to heaven made of bone, as he stood looking at Alexilia Tenik returned to life, body and spirit as a new infernal and genius idea struck him.

The Tenik Family Graveyard Empty Re: The Tenik Family Graveyard

Post  Elizabeth Blythe Wed Feb 02, 2022 12:24 pm

There was a loud rumbling as the unexpected visitors shook the abandoned, derelict ruin with newfound life in spite of its visitors search for undeath within the graveyard of the Tenik line...

The rumbling was of a Giant Ogre, who had been lead to the city by some of its Goblin Kin- though it wasn't too bright and ended up getting lost, and then ahead of the groups sent. Stumbling into this graveyard, he hardly expected to happen upon a delicious, curvy meal ripe for the taking. It had simply scooped her up and swallowed her whole. She'd been settling inside him since... three days?

The Tenik Family Graveyard D4oly5m-b48cc648-be7e-4e66-9cbd-f724fdb0f30b

The towering and full Ogre let out a bellows of a roar, as it saw creatures it did not understand, and attacked them on sight, dwindling Xander's army further as it found its way towards the entrance, to the mausoleum where the hyena of a man had descended into the deep darkness. The monster roared unintelligibly and started using other creatures as weapons!

His belly swayed and bounced, his blue skin bathing in the blood of the creatures which were in aid of Xander, despite their power buffs due to the Ogres own- which was due to the woman he was digesting-

"YYRRRK?!" The creature suddenly gasped, holding its belly still, and still fighting off Xander's legion with a back swing with its arm, keeled over and roared in deep pain! At this point, either due to boredom, or not wanting to stand inside a mausoleum all day, Xander and his 'prize' appeared in time to see blood sprewing above the creature's belly and the beast falling back, twitching without any reason- seemingly. For it was not any of the few creatures thrown about and bleeding up on the ground level!

The creature's gurgling stomach began to bulge, quiver... and snake a now very feminine and curvy shape up the length of its chest, before a blade shot out of the skin, and carved a trench wide enough for the woman to pull herself out!

Within moments, the 5'10, naked, gore covered woman emerged from the wound, one arm made of bio-organic materials with metal shielding with 'TENIK INC' stenciled in white on the armor plating, with a logo on the bicep, long faded, of the Tenik Logo several years back. The woman, as stated, was completely naked- once again, covered head to toe in crimson gore. She shook her lithe form her short hair flapping, sending spottles of blood as she descended the squishy, bouncy exterior of the Ogre's carcass. She stretched her long limbs, then casually threw her oversized weapon just past Xander and his 'pet's' head into a digital tombstone:

After that, the gore and blood seemed to simply... vanish. Eat away and be absorbed into her modified elvish body. She walked past Xander, back into the tomb he walked out of, and then glanced back at him.

"What? Want an engraved fucking invite? Tsk. I'm waiting for something, someone. Supposed to guard these tombs, but... eh, they never told me exactly from who. Nor did they tell me why I'm sitting here on my ass, waiting for something or someone to happen by. I hate this place. I hate these beasts and monsters... I hate 'Tenik' most of all.

She shook her head side to side, and then picked up some fake flowers left to one of the graves inside the stone tomb: "Who the fuck put this here? This asshole didn't deserve flowers!" She growled, tossing them, all the while naked, and jiggling before many eyes and without a single care.

Her crimson gaze fell back to the beast that had apparently devoured her, how it did was still a mystery... She waved her hand and walked over to a section of interred coffins, activating a hidden switch which revealed a separate room, with a bed, armor stand and other amenities. She grabbed an ancient beer by the fridge and snapped the neck off with her left bionic arm. "You guys did a number on the place outside..." She said, tossing back the beer, and then took a seat on the bed. She was covered with scars from head to toe, with short black hair with a single grey-white streak down the center. She was pale skinned, with onyx lips, nails and toes. She blinked at the seemingly silent intruders non-chalantly.

"...what? Got something on your mind? If your the person I was told to wait for, please, forgive my crassness, I've just been waiting 200 or so years in this chamber waiting for something to happen. I gots more freedom the past 18 years with this city becomin' a ruin and all." She explained, chugging back more of the beer, before tossing the bottle over to the trash can- where it smashed into the flagstone wall before falling into the trash. "So I'm bored, and I've done my time watchin' and waitin' I was a Gods damned Captain! So yeah, if your not who I was tasked to wait for then? Do what you will. After three days in that sorry piece of shit's stomach I'm fairly certain I'm going to finally quit my services." She explained crossing one leg over the other, leaning forwards and propping one arm on the bent knee with her knuckles supporting the underside of her chin. She blinked her large garnet orbs and long lashes.

"Well then... are you the person I've been ordered to wait for or not?" She grunts to the man with the freaky smile.

The Tenik Family Graveyard Empty Re: The Tenik Family Graveyard

‘Two…

Four…

Six…

Eight…’

The pressure increasing with each word, each number, like someone trying to increase the tension proportionately to the multiplication of numbers.  That fucking bitch Xander thought as he looked back at the tomb his eyes following the naked fleshy ass swaying down into the crypt.  No longer red and gory from the viscera of the goblin-kin she cut her way free of.

‘Who did I just strangulate?...’

The words she spoke for his ears alone were ringing clearly as he stared back down into the crypt, his eyes just able to see the head of the naked elf woman vanish down the gentle incline of the steps leading inside.

‘You, you fucking bastard.  Should have done this years ago, when I first found out about what you ordered done.  About what you did!  A thousand deaths is not enough… not nearly enough you piece of shit!’

Those words, the look in his Grandmother’s eyes of pure hatred and more they look of death burning from within her boring straight through his soul.  He knew it, before that first blow struck his face knocking him to the ground, that he was going to die that day.  He knew his life was at an end, and there would be no coming back.  He wasn’t going to be given a chance to rise again using his own arts.

She wrapped her hands around his throat, as she taunted him with the year, two… four… six… eight… 2468, asking the rhetorical question and answering it herself.  Who did I just strangulate, YOU!

It was all he could hear over and over again as long as he was awake.  That voice, just a touch wrong to be a woman, despite his grandmother’s age at the time, too strong to be feeble, and something more he could never place.

But his mind was in the here and now, not on the ancient dead of the past, unless you count Alexilia Tenik, his favorite toy from back then standing beside him silently watching the descent of the naked cyborg elf.   Might as well he shrugged, waving Alexilia away to go up into the ship without him.  This was interesting, and certainly a potential ally far stronger than the cannon fodder he had been supplied with so far.

He followed along behind her, in his own thoughts the whole way.  Taking in every word and action most of all noting something very odd about the layout of the crypt and more specifically the location of her hidden room.

“Well then… are you the person I’ve been ordered to wait for or not?”

Ignoring her last question for the moment he turned his eyes back to the crypt and the glaring omission in its occupants.  If one looked and thought about it, the omission would be very obvious, and yet unless you understood why it would seem an awfully erroneous oversight on the part of the caretakers of the crypt.  On either side of the hidden chamber there were obvious places for the members of the Tenik Family to the one side Alexander the Vth and his immediate family, to the other Alexander the VIIth.  It was as though the entire place which would have gone to Alexander Tenik the VIth had been skipped over or forgotten.

Of course if you know the history of the Tenik family this oversight would seem only natural.  The short version of the story goes that Alexander the Vth was not just a male whore but “the” male whore of the Tenik family.  Such a manwhore that it was once alleged that he had more kids than days in a decade!

It goes on that upon his father’s death Alexander the VIth, after taking over as the de facto head of the Tenik family, ordered the alleged execution of every last one of his brothers and sisters.   What the truth is; well over two hundred years of history can obscure the truth.  So as Xander Hexadic stood looking at the gaping hole where the VIth would have been interred he wasn’t the least bit surprised.  Not being honored as part of the family would have been the only outcome for that Tenik he thought as he looked directly at the cyborg elf waiting for him to answer.

“I’m going to say, yes there is a very good chance I’m the one you're waiting for.  It’s like the proof positive is staring me right in the face.

Now to answer your questions.  The hell if I know, I died 190 years ago.  This ain’t my world anymore.  If you’ve been waiting for me all this time I’d be pissed at the one who told you to wait.  It sounds like something the old bitch JJ would have done, probably suspected I’d come back for Alexilia one day.  Looks like you failed your mission to that Tenik overlord Jennifer Janson Tenik.  That would correlate with what I’ve pieced together of the current year.

That old cunt would have set a trap for the likes of me, using her grand-daughter's corpse as the bait.  Frankly it serves her right that her plans failed.”

He took a few steps closer, his hand reaching up to his hair, which since his return seemed to have a mind of its own as for when it would decide to grow out longer.  As he slide his hand along his scap he noticed that it was lengthening even as his hand slid through it.  And not just noticeable lengthening, it was growing like a bad rash straight down his spine

The Tenik Family Graveyard Xander18

Annoying he thought as his hand followed its unchecked growth beyond the bottom curve of his ass.

“Alexilia Tenik was the only other Tenik I ever found worth a moment’s notice.  Other than her and her brother the VIth, they can all burn in eternal damnation for all I care…”

He studied her for a moment as he allowed his statement to sink in a little, stepping forward almost directly in front of her cross legged chin holding gaze, leaning down toward her, lowering his lips to within licking distance of hers.

“I’m going to tear down something they helped build up, something that in my day was considered a lunatic’s dream.  And I hear there is great reward for those who would consent to aiding in this cause.  And then, who knows where my rampage shall go after.  First the moon, then we shall see.

Does it tempt you as a fitting revenge, to tear down what the Tenik’s have built in the heavens?

He gave her a moment longer of silence before he finished his question staring into her eyes leaning into her, his nose pressed against hers, his lips opening to speak with every word brushing their lips together with barely a molecule of air’s worth of space between them.

“Or are you like me, needing more to be satisfied, needing much, much more to be fulfilled?”

His words clipped off as he continued to stare into her eyes, his lips pressed firmly against hers but not taking even the slightest advantage to kiss her, his breathing becoming heavier with each passing moment that they stayed lip to lip nose to nose eye to eye.

The Tenik Family Graveyard Empty 2468- who do we not appre-ciate? TENIK! TEH-TEH-TEH-TENIK!

Post  Elizabeth Blythe Thu Feb 03, 2022 3:55 am

The woman found the intruder amusing, especially his lack of personal space, something she was once familiar with as a member of the Guardian Corps, before it became the 'Garden Corpse' she supposed. Her unnerving blood red eyes gleamed into his as his lips kept touching hers while he spoke, and their noses touched. She didn't flinch nor feel repulsed, save that he looked oddly familiar.

The Tenik Family Graveyard 1946C28CD6D289E7528339F9154AC6549B6EE413

She grabbed him by the neck with her prosthetic, and then swung him around in a sudden flash! Her thick thighs pinning his legs down as he lay now on the bed on his back, her tits swaying over his chest, her eyes still locked with his like her prosthetic fingers around his lovely neck. "I've no love for the Tenik legacy, and just the same those who'd simply use me to then throw me away... So what I'm saying, is I may be tempted. But first sign of something I don't like, well... I'm gone." she cooed in a dark, sensual manner. She leaned closer, her bosom squishing against his chest, her nose against his again, her ebony lips rubbing against his.

She wasn't rough on his neck, mind you. Just holding it in place while her body grinds against his. "So..." The elf purred, sliding her free hand into the opening of his robe like shirt or jacket, her slender fingers dancing across his chest and around his side, before her right arm curled around his back. "You said something about 'needing to be satisfied, needing to be fulfilled', no?" She cooed glancing him down at his chest, her thumb gliding against the underside of his chin, her eyes then rolled back up to meet with his. "We could work with that first, consider it my resume... but as a bonus, I'd like to track down the director of Penguinbo 7: Fesh Sno and Ballad of the Skystranger and personally rip her head off... if that's not a bother to you~?" She cooed.

The Tenik Family Graveyard Empty can he name all seven without making it seem like he's trying... but not in order let's find out.

Post  Crisis Rocan Thu Feb 03, 2022 4:53 pm

"One should always enjoy what they do."

Xander snarled quietly as her hands encircled him grazing around his neck and back.  His last life's final memories bring the slight snarl into his voice for a moment as he calmed the turmoil his mind attempted to force upon him.  No he fought the anger and slight trace of panic down. I am master of my own body and mind.  I will not be victim to a memory from almost two hundred years gone.  From the shallow victory of the long dead and buried, I will not be so weak of mind.

"Bonuses aside, I think I can make some time to look over your resume."

He grinned every so slightly as he closed his eyes and relaxed in her arms, upon her bed within the Tenik family's Chamber of Secrets.  Muscles relaxing, though it took an effort to get his body to stop clenching at the thought of being straggled to death again.  An act of conscious effort is what it took for him to get every single muscle in his body to behave, he wasn't prepared yet.  Just like the last time, he hadn't prepared the necessary spell craft and rune work yet, he just didn't have enough time or even for that matter the proper ingredients to make the thing a certainty.  And it didn't help that he was being forced to constantly fend off the corrupting and over whelming force of the Abyss which the Void Dragon had thrust upon him like he had every other of his newly summoned champions.

"Let's go over your assets and qualification first shall we."

He chuckled only just managing to suppress his hyena's laugh.

In a way, it was a command, an Order of the Phoenix, to rise again, though legend claims they had long been extinct on Galiavan.  Even the Primordial of Fire which was said to have once been a Phoenix as well was mere myth by his dying day.  And here he found himself stepping through the Goblet of Fire, which was of the Abyss, his spirit pulled back to the world of the living, almost two hundred years after being murdered.  Two hundred years after failing to prepare properly for such an confrontation, and the possibility of death.  He wouldn't make that mistake again.  Not with the energy he could feel corrupting his newly minted body.  He got a smug smile on his face as he laced his hands beneath each of her ass cheeks.  Though it wasn't her butt which made him smile ever so smugly.  It was his control over his own body, a necessary requirement for being a Necromancer, and what it would allow him to do with the power thrust upon him by the void dragon.

She's like the Prisoner of Ass Cabin.

...

(Prisoner of Azkaban what you didn't think I'd pull that one off smoothly I just had to work it in there... groan that's so wrong after what I just crammed in here.  Pack in some more groan worthy lines while you're at it.)

She was preparing to play with his Sorcerer's Stone.

...

(Oh yeah two left.  For those who get the title's reference for those of you who don't welcome to the 21 century.)

"I see you have a firm grip on self control, you've brought a reasonable set of well developed natural talents to the table as well.  I've got a firm grip on a couple of your assets and how they size up.  But what I want to know, what I need to know, is how you can handle letting go, and being fully submersed in your work.  Let's see how your assets and skills are when put to the test shall we, when you're put under pressure to perform excellently."

His hands let go of her behind, and he leaned up off his back rubbing the tip of his nose across one well rounded breast, before finally locking his lips around the nipple of her other.  All the while he let the blood drip across the fingers of the hand he had cut earlier in order to break the Drow Spiritualist rune work and spell craft.  He was far from done, playing with his own skill sets.  Slowly he scrawled each rune upon his skin, across his leg writing out a spell of his own which he should have done much soon than this.

Sliding his unbloodied hand across her bottom once again he dabbed it into his blood soaked hand writing out another set of runes on his right leg this time to match the ones on his left.  Letting go of her nipple he dropped back down to the bed, reaching up pulling his top off of the left side of his chest revealing a badge of gold pinned into the flesh of his chest burnt in place, almost as though someone had branded the metal into his flesh.  Which they had.

He let the cloth drape as he bit into his hand to make it bleed more, his fangs sharper than long tearing the flesh to suit his needs just well enough.

He let the blood drip all over the unholy badge seared into his flesh.

"I feel more alive in this moment than ever before!  Makes this the perfect moment to resolve this pending nightmare."

Bringing his right hand up he smeared the blood over every inch of the golden skull badge.  Slowly he brought up his left hand and began drawing sigil after sigil in the blood, rune after rune, over the top of the one before, a dozen, two dozen, three and than no more.  The runes began to soak into his skin, the blood being absorbed back into his flesh, bit by bit with the drawing of each new sigil and rune.  Finally he places his left hand across the badge smearing more blood upon it before sketching a pair of runes onto the blood of his left hand.

In response the blood dried on his left hand and fell away in powder form leaving his skin as perfect as it had been before he cut and bit into it.  With his right he drew over the badge a symbol almost cliché and ironic.  An upside down pentagram.  Than he placed his hands atop the golden skull badge and smoke rose from beneath them.  A sizzling sound came from beneath them as he lifted them the blood gone from both his right hand now and his chest.  But in the place of the blood smeared rune work and the golden skull badge was a new image, one of a different design with the purpose of containing the powers of the badge bestowed upon him and at the same time allowing for him to dip into it without fear of losing himself to it's unknown potential and corruption.   He had made for himself a Deathly Hallows, a cage upon his flesh to seal his soul from the influence of the outside force.

He was feeling like some kind of Half-Blood Prince as he lay beneath her, giving close examination to her resume, and hedging his bets properly. After all he was born A Cursed Child (Bonus book number 8 more of a crappy script with zero effort but still you get the point) and he would be damned if he lived his second life as someone else's tool.

It all bleeds and blends together after a while, blood sugar baby, she has it, sex magic.  Not saying that’s what they were doing, Xander thought as he rolled the Cyborg Elf over to get up.  The simple truth was, he could only afford so much time on personal pleasure, while recruiting and undertaking his mission.  Though he had succeeded in containing the powers flowing into him from the Void Dragon, it was still there, still giving him the feeling of impending doom should he delay too long on any task not directly leading him to his assigned destination.

He stood nodding to her waving a hand toward the ship and the bone stairway to heaven.

“I’ll be along in a moment, I have one last thing to do before departing.  I wouldn’t dally if you value leaving here alive.”

He walked out of her hidden chamber and looked along the walls and interior of the crypt.  Taking each and every corpse and body into account.  Fucking Teniks he thought as he dug his nails into the palm of his hands, letting a trickle of blood fall upon the ground forming a small pool at his feet.

“Grim is death, death is a guide, the hereafter is never to arrive.  Burn my blood for revenge, purge the souls and form the bond to flesh and blood AGAIN!  BLOOD ORCHID BLOOM”

Xander turned and walked away as his pooled blood began to catch on fire and burn first in a bizarrely pleasant pattern than, slowly it expanded behind him as he walked away leaving the crypt for good growing into an all consuming flame, with one double edged purpose, to consume the entirety of the Tenik Family estates for his revenge!  This time he boarded the insectoid craft and took off once more into the sky his next destination of equal importance to this one. All parties aboard he watched as the ship moved away from the stairway of bones, and the estate below took to flames of his hatred and revenge, the bizarrely pleasant looking pattern forming on a much grander scale as the flames consumed everything in reach below as he watched them burn.
