Toshiko's Suite (Basement ??) and abandoned Cell Block
Located in the deepest depths of the Imperial Palace's dungeons. Down here, the dungeon is only a little more than a murky cave with scanty, worn rooms covered in rat droppings, dead insects and rubble. There are drawings and symbols on the walls, wasted and desolated by time itself.
Further ahead are three paths, each leading to more rows of destroyed, cave eroded cells and rusted iron bars. Their twisted trails leads passed pillaged rooms and a large room with several stacks of gunpowder barrels, the barrels all eroded and their charges wet and damp, are stacked against a wall. A skeleton holding a rotting, soaked torch lies before it. What happened in this place?
Though this place has different passages, they all look so similar, the entire area is a maze, veiled in darkness. Then there is the one room which looks different from all the rest. A wide granite door blocks any wandering guard or escaped prisoner's path. Ominous symbols are all over it, somehow untouched by time and the elements. If you were to step closer to inspect it and.. wait.. you hear a faint laugh coming from behind the door.
Passed the wide granite double doors, the scenery changes drastically. White marbled walls and tiled floor, electric lights hang above the 10 foot high ceiling, with a large cell at the back of the room. The cell's bar's are gilded, with a talisman sign hanging off the bars reading: "Do not open, Dangerous Animal" in Beijionese Script. It is the cell of Toshiko, the Unrepentant Fox of Beijio.
The interior of Toshiko's cell, colloquially referred to as Toshiko's Suite, is outfitted with her illusions. She's got a nice double sized bed with red quilted sheets, silk lined pillows and furs, a gold chandelier hanging off the center of the room with lit candles, thick rugs from Domescadia, and a closed off toilet and bath. In truth, she only has a modest bed and a modern toilet and a wooden bath, but her illusions allow her a bit of privacy and comfort. The illusions can't pass the bars of her cell, and she herself is unable to pass through them, despite the gap being big enough for her to squeeze through, since each bar has inscribed several layers of Beijionese Seals and scripts that make up a barrier to keep her from escaping; with the secondary layer of protection being the massive granite door and its ominous carvings.
Toshiko, or 'Toshi' by her 'friends' was 'incarcerated' for her crimes against Beijio, having sacked Beijio City and much of Ryunoshi in 2285, and managed to evade capture till 2301. It was the former prince of Beijio who captured her, and it was his idea to seal her away in the depths of the Beijio Palace, where she remains to this day.
She has escaped only once, when she tricked the guard on duty into letting her out, whom she devoured then set off to cause more chaos. That was in 2629, when Beijio became under siege at the start of their Beijio Civil War Conflict, the moment of invasion coinciding with her escape was quite fortuitous. Having not seen the open skies for a long time, she had ventured off, wild and free! She abducted young Rufus Tenik, the new President of his family's megacompany, Tenik Inc, and it was thanks to Grimoire Valentine, one of his TIRS agents, that Toshiko was apprehended. She was going to be executed, but fearing for her life, she begged to be brought back to her cell in Beijio. Grimoire, and a young ninja in training, the Imperial Princess Sango and her master Ikai Boontai, took Toshiko back, and sealed her within her cell before she could outwit them...

Re: Toshiko's Suite (Basement ??) and abandoned Cell Block
From the darkness of the gilded cell, a pair of crimson eyes flared; flaming red. Her lips peel into a sinister grin, as she feels the aura... the aura of great power several levels above her. "I sense great power... smell bloodshed... its almost as if Inari's soul is close by." The figured giggled. She rose from her seat, and approached the gold bars of her cell, Toshiko's form coming into view:
"I also sense demon power... and ancient vampire power... interesting. Seems like I'm missing one hell of a party 'up stairs', regardless... it means someone will have to come down and check up on me. I'll be the first they think of when it comes to bloodshed in the dungeons...hmhmhm~" She giggled, thinking that she'll perhaps be able to escape once more if the right dimwit came down to check her up. Then again, there was another... the General of this era who smelled like the prince who managed to apprehend her all those centuries ago. She was a bit worried about him, he wasn't one easy to fool and luck happened to keep him alive... but she didn't feel malicious about him, hell not even his ancestor who put her here in the first place; it was their unorthodox procedure that kept her sealed inside her gilded chain.
Her ears twitched, trying to pick up on the events transpiring so many levels above her...
