Rocky Coastlne North West of Beijio

The roaring waves lap at the inhospitable landscape which was the rugged western coast of Beijio. It was known, geographically, an attack on the empire from this coast would be inconceivable as well as impossible due to the rocky coastline with its shipwreck ready shoals and the fierce as well as uncompromising ocean currents where the Scardian Ocean met the Black Moth Ocean in what was called the Galideno Straight. Even in centuries past, this stretch of water was hostile to all who ventured through it save the most capable of sailors; and even so, the high cliffs and the steep rocky slopes of the Beijionese Mountain Range made it still impossible to invade Beijio, let alone any part of Western Galideno down to the Severely inhospitable Ice Cap of the Far South.

Yet, for some reason... a young man now floats to the surface in these waters.

The man, an unconscious and soon to die Cian Fairgrave, was released from the capsule and tossed into the ocean by the psychotic Keira after becoming her improvised hostage upon removing herself from the Silver Craft miles away from here. Stripped of weapons, Cian was cast still unconscious into the blue ocean waves to leave a trail for investigators while that psycho necko and her giant salachi made way for Nagauta's Meat Market... Cian simply floats there, face down, adrift as he's left to his demise...

The sound of hooves as a large black stallion gallops along the rocky coast echo throughout the number of crags and rocky pillars lining the rocky western coast of Beijio as the beautiful Usagimimi, Almia Rimali, rides her prized warhorse along her favorite stretch of coastline.



The dark skinned beauty had the trappings of a samurai, sword clipped to her obi sash included, and that would be an accurate assessment as she was one of the Empress' most skilled Onna-musha, female samurai warriors in the 'Swan Division' at the Palace. Today she was on leave, her last day of it to be exact. She wanted to visit her favorite coastline and take a swim in its rough waters, something suicidal for most beings but not those with strong, thick legs like Usagimimi. The current had no effect on her voluptuous and athletic body, but if she were to tire herself out... there was a possibility of drowning; but Almia wasn't stupid and knew her limits.

She brought her steed to a halt on a very narrow stretch of rocky beach before dismounting and letting said steed, Kamuy, free to do as he pleased. She wasn't afraid of him not returning, as he was well trained thanks to her constant drilling. She patted her horse fondly before slapping his rear to let him run off, giggling as she watched him clamber up the coast. She was removing her clothing to take a dip when she looked out to waning light on the surface of the waves... and saw something.

"Hm?" She hummed, curiously. She could make out the shape of something brown bobbing amid the dark blue. She thought it was some debris from a ship, or a cooler or something; but then saw the white flesh and the slick hair- a human!

Quickly, the woman kicked off her sandals and disregarded her clothing as time was of the importance! She made an astounding leap, the product of her legs and her Usagimimi heritage, double jumping high into the air with the skill and grace of a Scardian Dragoon before jack-knifing into the cerulean waves with a splash! Almia's tall, curvy and athletic body surfaced not too long after as she cut through the water with the swiftness of a dolphin, her thick legs thrusting her forwards and to the man within a matter of seconds! "Phwa...!" She gasped, wrapping an arm around him, keeping his head above the water upon seeing he was face down, and began to back stroke back to the beach.

Within a few moments, he was lain out on his back, and she was inspecting him; running two fingers at the side of his neck to check for a pulse!

Cian was adrift in his memories. A mix of things. Childhood mostly. Time in the ADN and becoming a pilot...and leaving that life to live more freely as a freelance pilot and mercenary for hire. He was only somewhat conscious of what was going on, but couldn't really do much but sit there and watch. These... are moments of my life passing me by. Am I alive...? Or...? He asked himself lucidly, as visions of his past continued to flash before his eyes...

There was a pulse yet coming from the unconscious man, but it was faint and growing weaker. His chest wasn't moving and his body was becoming more pale...

"Not breathing...." Almia murmured, bringing one of her long ears to the man's wet chest. She could sense his heart beat far better this way than by checking his pulse with her fingers, and knew she didn't have much time left to save him. Quickly, she began doing chest compressions and mouth to mouth, her plush lips against his as she breathed air into his lungs before performing chest compressions again. "C'mon... c'mon... you're not dying today..." She mumbled under her breath as she did his compressions before returning her lips to his mouth to breathe air into him once more.

Cian continued to remain idle, requiring a few more minutes of compressions and mouth to mouth before his body involuntarily ejected the water from his lungs with a loud gasp! "PHwaaaa-*COUGH/COUgh*!" Cian choked, his body lurching forwards, almost bumping heads with his savior as he coughed and hacked out the trapped sea water! His chest felt like it was on fire, as did his eyes as he slowly looked about in a confused and delirious state. "Wha...? I... alive..? Or..." he rambled, his vision blurry as he felt his body becoming faint once more.
