Inside the Main Shrine's second and third floor is where the Meikai, or the Priestess of highest authority of Fuku Shrine/Temple resides and lives when not attending to the students or other priestly needs. The second floor is mostly reserved for offices of the Meikai and Seikai, the senior shrine maidens who help teach the 500 or so students, while the third floor is solely reserved for the Meikai's living quarters.
