Megan looked over some case notes, and nodded over to her ADN patient. She brought her hands to his shoulders, and rubbed them. "So tell me again...when your about to shoot an enemy, you feel as though the whole planet is watching you? And your afraid to pull the trigger-even if the enemy is going to kill innocent lives?" she asked her patient again, hooking her head around to face him, smiling.
