Note on the TIRS Dojo and Firing Range,
all Tenik spys are allowed to fight in the dojo, as well as compete in the firing range, but most have to be unlocked by doing various objectives and odd missions, some of these also unlock the VR fighters and Legendary Fighters (Simulants with the all the traits, appearances, abilities and limits of the real person they simulate)[some legendary fighters are not sims].
The following are what is available in the dojo:

Human Fighter: Achievement needed:

Diasuke Hirojawa- default
Reno KimKaze- default
Rude Guild`e- default
Rufus Tenik- Solo, defeat Diasuke, Reno, and Rude all at the same time with no rests.
Beautiful Huntress- To unlock the Beautiful huntress, you must find something of hers that is tiny, white and silky in her room. Then you must get back to the dojo without getting caught by her, or else you'll endup one day in intensive care at the Medical Bay...
Weilder of Electricity- to unlock the one who harnesses electricity in his hands, you must talk him into giving you his gloves, even if he does hate you (Bard)...maybe if you trade him something? A picture of a pretty girl, perhaps?
The Silent Soldier- to get him, you must get him to say two words to you in a conversation, (can use the same item from the previous mission, as long as you have another copy)
The Halfbreed- you must sell him a picture of a pretty girl
The True Tenik Spy- you must be able to shoot like a Gunslinger, and destroy all ten targets of the four default characters in the firing range before they do!
The Coward- you must give him 5 pictures, 3 of one "hot" girl in swim wear, and two of the two related forest people.
The Spy Who Wears One Arm- find the one who took the arm, and bring her back their tooth.

VR Fighter:Achievement needed:

Self sim-default
The Princess that plays in the shadows- yo must find her hair tie she lost in a dangerous woods beside a campfire.
The Clumbsy Rurouni- fight him when he is alone
The Pig- take a picture of him when he devours someone.

Legendary Fighter:Achievement needed:

Captain of the Hiitengumi (4th unit)- you must find his place of defeat, then take the Jade crest there without dieing.
The Left hand of God- you must find a bandana in the 1st Vice Commander's office in the Hiitengumi's abandoned headquarters on Hiiten Island.
Scarred Captain of the Hiitengumi- you must find the pieces of his broken sword in Yakataro Island; in a stream you'll find half of the blade, and in a dark and mazelike cave full of demons you'll find the hilt, use your Library's Knowlege to help you find it--additional bonus, if you bring it back and resmith it, you'll obtain and may keep the now unbreakable sword called: "Akamatsu no Rotto"
The Kid Hero of Beijio Civil War- Steal his old uniform from Scardia's Historic Museum and bring it to the dojo without being arrested.
Diasuke Hirojawa (No holding back)- obtain 5 non default human fighters.
Captain Leo- obtain 10 fighters.
Captain Lewis Verone- obtain 2 VR fighters characters and Captain Leo
The Sadistic Captain- obtain all non-default fighters and The Kid Hero of Beijio
Revan- Unlock all Human, VR, and Legendary characters.

Hiiten Island (Soryushi Port City)- You must obtain Captains of the Hiitengumi's Unit's 1, 2.
Hiiten Island (Orihicon Palace)- You must obtain Captains of the Hiitengumi's Unit's 3, 4, 7.
Yakatoro Island (Cliffs)- You must obtain Captain of the Hiitengumi's Unit 8.
Ryunoshi Island (Bamboo Forest)- You must obtain Captain/ 2nd Vice Commander of Unit 6.
The Hiitengumi Headquarters- You must obtain Captain of the Hiitengumi's Unit 5, and The Left Hand of God.
