Breland Coastal Library
A library created from the major resources of the old Tenik University that was slowly deteriorated into nothingness so that today it is a bunch of buildings holding books.
Re: Breland Coastal Library
"Demonology, the Black Arts, forbidden Ju..jutsu? 'Forbidden Jutsu'...CRAP!" Rei slams the books and tosses them aside, holding her head. "Something...something has to be here about Vampires masking their powers..." She takes a look in the 'V' section, and when she pulls out a precarious book, another falls onto the floor-sending up a plume of dust. Rei grumbles crouching to pick it up, looking at the title: "Guide to Demon Awareness....a Class book?" she cocks an eyebrow, opening the book and viewing its chapters. "Demon self-defense. Demon statistics class. Demon tactics. Demonology 103..." she was about to toss the class book aside, when her glancing crimson reds spot something familiar. "Taught by Vincent James Valor, class of 2639." her eyes widen. "Vincent James Valor....Vincent Valor.....Valor..." the name sounded extremely familiar to her ears.

Re: Breland Coastal Library
In a normally quiet corner of the library books were flying into the air and being just as quickly yanked back down, before being flung across the library only to smash into a far flung wall or bookshelf.
The Frog Yokai spun around in circles hopping from one foot to the other, sometimes even one of his hands as he flicked books off their shelves and played with them as if they were hacky sacks. Kicking them up into the air over and over again, until he seemed to be about to lose control of his juggling. Then with a twist of his body he’d flick his tongue out smacking the book higher into the air, than snagging it with his tongue flinging it across the darkened library.
“We have him cornered Sergeant”
“Fan out and move in, he’s drunk and dangerous.”
Sgt. Fredridson and the bulk of the night shift spread out as they approached the drunken Frog Yokai. This was the seventh call of the night about this particular drunk disturbing the peace. And the first time they had managed to actually catch sight of him. And he was cornered with the police fanning out to keep him boxed in and quietly subdue him.
“Slowly men, we don’t want to spook him. On my mark come into his view and we’ll take him into custody nice and quietly. Just follow my lea…. fUCK!”
The Frog Yokai sprung into the air, kicking off the top of the nearest bookshelf, slapping the latest book he was juggling into the face of the closest officer’s face. Blood spurted from his nose following a loud crack as the bone broke. He slumped to the floor holding his head in pain as another book disarmed a second officer, who was yanked into the air by the Frog Yokai’s tongue and tossed over the nearest bookshelf.
Another officer attempted to pull the trigger of his gun and found a book in place of where the gun had been. The Yokai clamped the book shut on his fingers, crushing the bones until they broke. A second and third book whipped into him forcing him to dodge out of sight behind the nearest bookshelf crumpling to the ground from the pain of his shattered fingers as the whole bookshelf toppled over onto him. A scream was the only thing to escape the fall of the bookshelf.
Shots were fired and blood was spilled, from all parties, the Frog Yokai twisted through the air as he leaped over the top of the bookshelf into the next aisle. Down went the officer next to Fredridson yanked by his foot across the library floor, his scream muffled. All around him Sergeant Fredridson’s men were dropping like flies.
Another minute another man went down, then another and another, Fredridson had his back against a bookshelf with two other officers as they watched another of their number being dragged behind the bookshelf. On three the sergeant grunted, one, two, three. They lunged into it with all their muscle, weight, and might. Over went the bookshelf SPLAT! GULLLP!
Situation under control. The Frog Yokai was flattened under the bookshelf but still moving. It took the entire remainder of the force to restrain the Frog Yokai while transporting their injured.
