The Kitchen

Satori was chopping carrots. "Well I've been in buisness for about the same ammount of time I believe. Ever since I've been out on my own. Keeps bread on the table and pays the bills." she replied with a slight chuckle. "So you grow up in Ithteca?"

"Yeah, pretty much. My mother and uncle raised me, never a father in the picture, but uncle Grant was a good father figure, though one would argue I took on a few of his negative traits."

She nodded and felt sorry for lack of a father."Oooh, what bad habbit is that may I ask? What so bad a trait your uncle Grant and yourself share?" She paused, turned and asked him with a soft grin.

"Stubbornness, flippant attitude, and fashion sense."

"Ah so your charm then," she replied back with a giggle. She threw the carrots into the pot and continued cooking. "Sound's like a pretty influential guy." she replied grinning.

"Yeah, pretty nice fella. Haven't seen him in a whike though, busy with his work I guess. Was never really specific in that regard." He said, while readying some seaweed, after he finished with the noodles.

"My mother was my impact. She is the reason why I am the way I am." she replied closing her eyes softly. She grinned softly as she pictured her mother's face in her mind.

"Well, she definitely did a good job as a mother." he said while boiling some eggs.

She grinned. "She taught me everything I know..." she replied. "I just wish I had her longer." she finished before turning to the instructions for the ramen.

Alastor, not wanting to pry further, checked the fridge for beverages. Some bottles of water, milk, orange and apple juice, and a pitcher of iced tea. He didn't like the stuff himself, but he kept it for guests.

Satori leaves the food to boil and walks over to Alastor grinning as she took his hands into her own. "By the way...I think I owe you something, no?" she asked with a wink drawing a little closer to him.

"If that is what you wish, I would be happy to oblige." Alastor replied, moving closer to Satori.

"Oh, I'm ecstatic." she replied blushing softly and Satori's hands glided up Al's arms and gently around his neck. She drew her breath and leaned her lips close to his...

Alastor put his arms around Satori and pressed his lips to hers.

Dammit... Alastor thought to himself, and against all common sense, force himself to pull his lips away from Satori's. "Sorry, seems someone else wants to hire me for something. Sorry about the interruption." He said walking to the lobby.

Satori was about to enjoy the kiss when she heard a knock on the door in the other room. She broke the kiss briefly, and sighed before smiling faintly. "I guess it can't be helped..." she replied with a slight sigh of regret. Damn who's ringing at this time of the night? she sighed, taking a seat.

Saeko entered the room and she smiled faintly at the scent of the ramen. "Well that does indeed smell wonderful Mr. Grey; did you cook it all by yourself?" she asked opening her eyes and searching for any moment to strike yet.

"No, I helped too you know." Satori grumbled, entering the room with slanted eyes of irritation.

"Actually the recipe is from Satori, I just assisted with cooking." He replied.

"Oh...well that's good too." she replied sarcasticly, purposefully teasing Satori as she explored the kitchen with her eyes. She grabbed a glass of iced tea and sipped softly at it, before turning to Alastor and the table. "Any where in particular you mind me sitting? Could I move...here?" she asked leaning against Alastor's chair while her left hand glided against the one next to it in a soft and fluid stroaking manner. Her eyes were piercingly seductive as she looked at Alastor with a faint grin, a splash of red natural blush glazed her face when she asked this particular question.

"Sorry it's taken." came a familiar voice. Satori was already sitting in the chair with her arms folded and her face blushed and closed-eyed rage. She then turned to Alastor forcing a grin. "Right Alastor?" she managed to ask without screaming.

"That would be correct." He said to Satori. Part of me wants to be happy that two beautiful girls are fighting for my affection, but then I realize one of them is probably trying to kill me still. This kinda sucks. He thought to himself

"Ha! So guess you don't sit here then do ya Saeko?" She gloated with an air of victorious glorification. She turned to the woman and stuck her tongue out at her.
